ShoeDazzle is a monthly shoe, clothing, and accessories subscription service. You can shop their merchandise like normal retail, but they have a VIP subscription that gives you better prices – almost everything is only $39.95 (or less) for VIPs. When you sign up for a membership, you complete a style profile. On the 1st of every month, they release new styles and you can pick any item you want - either from your personal 'Showroom' or across the site. You can also skip the month. However, if you don’t pick or skip, you get charged $39.95 store credit to spend any time.

Isabela Bootie - VIP Price $42.95 (retail price $62.95)
I promise that each month's ShoeDazzle pick will not be booties for the rest of the year! However, after picking some favorites for August, I couldn't resist snagging these faux suede and embroidered beauties this month. Overall, this is a quality shoe that fits true to size. The faux suede is durable, yet soft and the booties slide on and off easily thanks to an inner zipper. The heel is 3.75", which is a bit higher than I prefer, but I will wisely plan an outfit for times where I won't have to walk far or be on my feet the whole time. If embroidery or flowers aren't your thing, this style bootie also comes in solid magenta velvet and a navy snack-skin textured velvet. All colorways are available in sizes 5.5-11.
Embroidered everything has been played out a lot this year, however, there's something that draws me to this trend and these booties are no exception. The embroidery itself is really high-quality and stitched onto the shoe well. The flowers are various shades of pink and burgundy, while the leaves contrast with shades of green. The stitching creates three-dimensional detail on each flower and I'm loving all the texture! I also like that it only covers the outer side of each boot - it's eyecatching and a nice pop of uniqueness.
I decided to style them with a monochromatic outfit, in order to allow for the booties to really stand out. I was feeling a strong 90's vibe so I paired them with my beloved Trunk Club faux leather leggings and sheer paneled maxi blouse from DailyLook Elite. I really like the mix of different fabrics and textures!
Here are a few detailed shots of the boots on!
Verdict: ShoeDazzle has easily become one of my favorite subscription boxes to receive each month. I am able to pick, literally, whatever I want and as long as my total exceeds $39.95, shipping is free! The retail value this month is $62.95, but I paid a VIP price of $42.95 (with free shipping). This month's pick is super trendy, but I feel ShoeDazzle is an affordable way to try new trends and the quality is definitely there.
