Rym Coffee, Tea, Me? Cup in Cubs in a Cupboard - Value $20
I was DE-LIGHT-ED as soon as I put my eyes on this charming blue bear printed cup. I love line drawings and especially ones with a nice dose of weird. The blue bears on this cup have fierce but adorable expressions as they show their pointy teeth. There are mountains on the back which give the bears a nice place to live. If I wanted to gift this cup (no chance because I love it) I'd be set because it also came in a giftable cardboard box with a screen printed design. The cup is a nice size for a cup of tea (about 3 1/2" tall) and made of 100% porcelain.
Rym Cuttings' Crib Planter - Value $38
I was glad to see another item Rym in this box since their cute bear cup spoke straight to my heart. This is a brand I had seen a few years ago and completely forgotten about! This item is a petite hanging planter made of stoneware with leather hanging straps. I've been wanting to pick up a hanging planter to vary bring variety to my house plant game and this is a great one. It's pretty small so will best suit a baby succulent or air plant.
Halló Sápa Volcanic Ash Soap - Value $7
This soap is made from volcanic ash hand-harvested from Iceland's geothermal lava fields. That sounds so fancy. The light gray and speckled soap has a definite ashy scent. The soap's antibacterial sulfur is said to stimulate collagen and slow down skin's aging process. I can't speak to that just yet (time still seems to be moving forward for me) but I will say it makes the skin feel super clean and purified. I like to use this once or twice a week to avoid drying out my skin.
Verdict: My very first Heima Box had a value of $65 which is more than twice the price of the box at $29. This box was a hit for me because I love the Nordic/Scandinavian design and housewares. I was a little unsure of which box style to choose but am glad I went with Minimal with a hint of Boho. I like a bit of fun in my housewares but nothing too bright or rustic, and the Heima Box fit my style very well. I'm really looking forward to my next box and am tempted to try out one of the larger boxes or even multiple styles!
