Anyone’s shipping still static? I ordered on the first day (9/14) and got a shipping confirmation that night. The package still apparently has not been handed over to USPS. This is really unusual for anything I get from Birchbox. I was wondering if I was the only one or if maybe they shipped out so much stuff so quickly that it’s a little backed up.

Also, if you got your package, what were your two free samples? Just curious.

I got my order today… I got a free LOC lippie pencil (with $25 purchase) also, the two free samples were Visanti “Brighten up” exfoliating cleanser 0.7 oz. and Oribe supershine moisturizing cream 1.7 oz. very nice free samples. I’m pleased for once with Birchbox!

Sorry to hear that. I checked mine again this morning, and it has arrived in North Carolina, on its way to me in South Carolina. Supposedly it will be delivered on Monday, which still seems excessively long considering where it is, but whatever. At least it doesn’t seem to be lost.

I got mine yesterday! Fastest Birchbox shipping ever for me! I got Oribe Supershjne moisturizing cream 1.7 oz and Vasanti Brighten Up .7 oz as my 2 CAD samples. My chosen GWP was the Paula’s choice eye cream .16 oz. Very nicely done Birchbox!!!

I noticed that the mobile app still has some GWPS with ANY purchase (HUM powder, BeautyBlender cleanser packette, and Hoola luggage tag). It might be worth adding one of these to your order if it doesn’t meet the minimum for other GWPs.

This came at the perfect time, as I’m already starting my holiday shopping. I have two BB accounts, so I was able to snag:

Account 1: For my mom, the Morrocan Oil Body Buff Fleur d’Oranger. For myself, the mystery pack + Ingredient Skincare Conscious Kit GWP. All for $18 (including tax).

Account 1: For my mom, the SuperGoop Defense Setting Mist (3.4oz). For myself, the Paula’s Choice eye cream GWP. All for $13 (including tax).

Not bad for only $31!

The only thing I noticed was that for both purchases the Oribe & Visanti freebies didn’t automatically add to my cart like their email said they would. I’m actually okay if I don’t get these, as I really just wanted the discount, but it’d be interesting to read if others experienced the same.

Oh man they get me every time.

I got the Paula’s choice eye sample, mask kit and the shea black soap which is amazing for dry skin with occasional break outs. I discovered it before when i needed to add something to get a free gift. Now it’s my go HG when my skin is acting up.

I posted a comment over an hour ago, and it never showed up. Subsequent comments have… Anyway, I used my points to buy two Acure facial wipes, since I use those every day. Two of them for $4 is awesome! No idea how I’m still an Ace, seeing as I haven’t had a sub in well over a year and never buy anything except when they give me free points like today.

It took forever and a day, but I finally got my order to go through. I had $10.19 in points (including the $10 in Ace points – no idea how I’m still an Ace since it’s been over a year since I had a sub, and I only buy when they give free points), so I got two packs of Acure facial wipes, since I use those every day. I was hoping to find a coupon code in the comments for a free box or something, and I found it too late (30% off as stated below). It would’ve saved me from spending anything (though I probably would have ordered a third pack of facial wipes), but oh well. I’m still pretty happy getting two of those for less than $4, plus I’m supposed to get the two free samples. Thanks, Birchbox!

The website wasn’t working for me either. I couldn’t get my order through, so I kept trying and it finally worked…but the $11 in points I had applied to my order wasn’t included. Already contacted customer service so hopefully they take care of the issue. 😯

Wow, I got a super fast response from customer service that also gave me a nice laugh…

“I’ve retroactively applied 113 Birchbox Points to your Order #11.30 and refunded you the difference of $122103304. ”

Oh, I wish Birchbox. I wish! Imagine all the sub boxes I could buy then. 😂

I purchased the 100% pure organic coffee bean eye cream. Was nice to get $10 off and a free lip pencil (LOC Cupid’s bow lip gloss pencil).

The site is stalling for me as well. I can’t add any items to my cart…it says “service unavailable”.

Order went through, and I was able to add a gwp before the $10 off was applied!
I didn’t see the other two items added to the cart, but at least I got to choose 1 and get a huge discount. I’ll cross my fingers that the Oribe and Vasanti products are included as well.

FYI, the 20% off upgrade is only good for 12 month sub, not 6, according to the customer service rep i was just chatting with on their site.

Okay.. 20% off a sub? Thats pretty good. In your experience would you say this is the best deal they offer? Was considering waiting for Black Friday, but after looking at last BF sales, it didn’t seem like Birchbox offered a great BF deal for new subs. Should I wait or go for it?

Yes, it does. I ordered a LE box, mystery sample pack, ingredient concious GWP and did chat with a CS who said my two free samples will be included. You can also use full size promo codes with LE boxes, I have done several times before.
