Yes, my rings arrived totally tarnished, very disappointing. And the tray too. Handbag and everything else great though. I dipped the rings in jewelry cleaner and they came out nice but I shouldn’t have had to do that. I love this box sub, but I am angry that people who aren’t annual subscribers are getting a better price now and that makes me want to buy my boxes that way instead and cancel my annual.

My box arrived with the tissue paper the purse is wrapped in stuck to the leather. The fibers from the tissue paper were embedded in the leather. Tried everything to get that off but much of it remained embedded. My rings were slightly tarnished but i polished it off.
Sent photos and received a replacement. The replacement purse arrived with a scratch in leather where the navy color was completely missing. The python print was lob sided and one corner was sewn poorly and appears droopy. It looks ridiculous. Provided photos and was told sorry we can give you a 10$ credit towards next box.
Really disappointed as the purse was why I purchased the box. Just a warning for others, in my experience, this is the worst quality box BOS has come out with thus far. Perhaps you will be fortunate to not have any issues, but I figured people should know what happens if you’re not.

I would buy a second box if they got more of the rose gold rings in. I want seconds of everything except the purse, which could be easily gifted/swapped/sold.

I’m so frustrated with this box not only have they double charged me twice for my renewal of the subscription during this season and last but I still haven’t gotten my box!!!! And they blatantly lied and said it was coming last week with nothing arriving and today they tell me that it will be shipping soon. I have been in love with this subscription but not anymore…contemplating reaching out to my bank at this point and getting my money back. Although the items look great I can’t seem to get this box delivered although I paid for a year, added add ons and made my selections. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Cancelling my subscription after paying full price for the summer box, then it’s $50.00 off, and now I again paid full price for the fall box and it’s soon $20.00 off, with a tarnished tray that is damaged. That is the cost of a box…more than the value of a box, really.

I’m going to cancel also. The boxes go on sale right after their shipped. I’ll just get them that way from now on. Also, I wasn’t too impressed with this one. Normally, I love everything.

I didn’t have any quality issues either, other than a tiny bump in the purse stitching that I can live with. Everything was beautifully packaged, nothing was tarnished. That Oribe cream is awesome!! We are at 98 % humidity thanks to the remnants of Jose and my hair is not frizzing!!

My comment never posted on the last one but not only was one of my rings tarnished/not plated properly, I got a USED odeme tray. Like someone’s makeup was smeared all over it. It was disgusting. BOS is sending me a new one.

I didn’t have any problems with my box either. The rings are fine (rose gold), the bag has no flaws and the tray came perfectly fine.

I didn’t have any quality issues either. The bag is very nice, lined leather handbag with quality hardware. My rings were not at all tarnished. The Oribe and Nudestix are full size products of well-known brands. Not sure what quality issues you’re referring to.

I bought it, and I think the quality is fine. I have other GiGi New York items, and the quality is consistent with those items. I guess I was one of the lucky ones who received my rings in perfect condition as well.

This is why I just emailed to stop my recurring subscription – they come out with deals like this after every box so it’s better if I just wait and buy the box $20 off with coupons like these. Or get a killer Black Friday coupon.

I did not care for the bag at first but now I love it! It holds so much and I love the zip tassel and zipper stay closed and keep your valuables safer than a regular zip bag.!
This box is a steal at this price! I would almost buy another!

Ordered this because I had to have those masks (and couldn’t get anybody to swap me for them) and that clutch. Was a little bummed they only have the yellow gold rings left, but it’s still a deal.

I’m actually tempted to buy a second box. I got silver rings and like them so I would be happy to have them in gold. I already swapped the lipstick and masks so these I would keep. I wanted a second tray and already swapped for one so I would have to swap the tray and either swap or consign the purse but that’s it.

I have 2 sets of the gold and one set of silver – I stack them on separate fingers and wear them all together. It is definitely worth it to get a second box! Everything else in there is very swappable.

It sounded like in the video they are adjustable, is that true? I have a size 3 ring finger and they might work on my middle finger if I can get it down to a 5 maybe. Lol.
