This month's theme is "Shine Like Gold". When you open up the box, the theme is pretty obvious as all of the packaging has gold on it and talked about how your skin will glow! Yay.
Wow! There is so much information on these cards, it’s amazing and super helpful. Because a lot of these masks don’t have English writing on them, it’s hard to know exactly what you are getting into and how to use it. This card solves that problem! Not only does it have directions and information for the masks, it also has the retail price included.
No:hj 24k Gold Mask Pack Super Collagen - Value $5.90
I think this is the prettiest mask I have ever seen! Not only was it absolutely lovely with its gold lace overlay, but it smelled great too. I am not someone who is "fancy", but I sure felt like it wearing this mask. It smelled really nice too, it reminded me a little of tanning lotion, but in a good way. My face was definitely brighter when I took the mask off, too!
Mediheal Eggy Skin Firming Mask - Value $3.14
Now when you see a picture of an egg on the cover of a face mask and the directions/ingredients are not in English...you gotta wonder. Luckily, Facetory does provide that handy list which also explains more about each mask including this one. According to the details, this mask is actually made up of part of the eggshell membrane which is made up of 80% collagen. Now I know why they say it is firming! I don't know that I could immediately tell that my face was firm, but I did like the mask. Smelled good (always something that matters to me) and was nice and cooling.
Shine KII Moisturize to Shine Mask - Listed Value $3.50
This mask is a 3 step process to perfect skin. First, there is this thin serum that you put on to apparently "ready" your skin for the mask which is the second step. After the mask, you put on a cream moisturizer that is pretty thick but leaves your skin glowing. For real, it looked so bright and fresh!
Tami Sense Revitalizing All in One Mask - Listed Value $10.00
This was a very refreshing mask! My skin was super soft when I took it off and the tone of it looked so fresh and even. I didn't love the smell though, it reminded me of a drugstore hairspray.
Karatica Gold Duck's Egg GDII Foil Mask - Listed Value $5.50
There is nothing I love more than a mask that makes my skin tone look fresh and youthful. I feel like I took a drink from the fountain of youth! Okay, okay, maybe that's a little much, but you know what I mean. This gold foil mask actually fit my whole face which I discovered is part of the design as well as the breathability.
Tosowoong 24k Gold Mask - Value $4.58 (buy 5 sheets for $22.90 on Yes Style)
Another gold mask, except this, is one of those gelatin masks. I really like these ones in particular because they are just so soothing and cooling on the skin. It's an especially nice treat if it's hot out! Another great brightening mask too. I also really felt like my skin absorbed more from this mask.
Leaders Insolution Aquablend Oil Pocket Mask - Value $3.50 (buy a box of 10 sheets for $35)
This was a different mask, nothing I had tried before. What you do is fold the packaging so to release the oil into the mask before you take it out and put it on. Thankfully, the information sheet gave directions on how to do it. I don't love to oil to my face because I already have oily skin. This wasn't too bad though, but I did wash my face afterward, just so I didn't have any issues with breakouts. I liked the smell of this one too, very citrus-y.
Verdict: With the value of this Facetory box coming in around $36.00 and the cost only being $15.95 (+$3.95 for shipping) this box really is a good deal. I also loved the theme of this month's box because I struggle with toning my skin and this one did that along with brightening it. I am big on skincare, so this is always a fun box to have on hand for those days when you really need to pamper yourself.
