Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. I spent some time choosing preferences, noting which options I wanted to try, think I would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. That being said, your Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Graze includes this handy pamphlet that lists all of the nutritional values for the month's snacks (which I promptly ignore). They also outline their "benefits" program, which lets you nab snacks at a discount.
They also include a gift card for $30 off of your first box of Hello Fresh! You can check out our Hello Fresh reviews to find out more about it. 😉
Now, lettuce get to those snacks!
Graze Popping Corn with a Twist of Black Pepper - Value $1.50 (Get 6 for $8.99)
Darnit. This happened to me the last time I reviewed Graze. I don't have a microwave, so I passed this popcorn on to some friends who do. Black Pepper sounds great though!
Eleanor's Apple Crumble - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for $8.99)
Oh, heck yea- let's start this snacking off right. I normally need a sweet treat after lunch or dinner, and this will do nicely. There are soft apple pieces, some raisins, and cinnamon honey almonds to get a little crunch into my life. The best part is that this sweet treat leaves me feeling guilt-free.
Veggie Protein Power - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for $8.99)
Oooh! Oh my God these are not what I was expecting and are SO darn tasty! The black pepper cashews that are commingling with the dried edamame beans and spicy chickpeas are knocking me out (in a good way). What a spicy little delight for me! I could eat about a pound of these.
Lemon Drizzle Flapjack - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for $8.99)
This one boasts that it's a new product and happens to be whole grain. This is like a soft lil granola bar that would be perfect to nosh on during my morning commute. I really enjoy lemon and they are really bringing the flavor with this flapjack. It includes oats and sesame seeds to make it super healthy and then is drizzled in a sweet yogurt. Yurrrmmm!
Booster Seeds - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for 8.99)
There isn't much excitement with this one. It's just sunflower, pumpkin, and flaxseed hanging out together, being healthy with no salt added. I know the three of these seeds have great protein, but they are putting me to sleep! Zzzzzzz.
Hickory Smoked BBQ - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for 8.99)
Ok, hi. You've got my attention back, Graze. The peas here have a smoky barbeque flavor that they are coated in, and they are partying with hickory smoked almonds and roasted corn. I love dehydrated corn! So crunchy!! Excellent savory snack here.
Lemon Almond Cookies and Black Tea - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for $8.99)
Well, this is cool! I didn't know they did a little tea n cookie jammer like this. What a lovely idea! It's currently 60 degrees in Pittsburgh right now, and I am in HEAVEN. Fall is my favorite time of the year, so making this special black blend tea this morning when I got into the office was dreamy. I got two cups out of the bag, and the lemon almond cookies (there are two) were the perfect pairing!
Caramel Apple - Value $1.50 (Buy 6 for $8.99)
Another perfect treat for a chilly day! Caramel apples in the fall are one of my all-time faves, so dunking these soft apple slices into creamy caramel takes me to my happy place. Thank you for reminding me that I need to go to a local apple orchard to get some caramel applesSTAT, Graze!
Even the bottom of the box is cute.
Verdict: Graze is a great snack box to receive. I was surprised by a few and only not feeling a couple. Since everything I got was the same retail price, that means each was worth $1.50, multiplied by eight snacks equals a $12 value. The cost of the box is $2 more but has free shipping, so it's up to the subscriber to decide if it's worth it to discover new snacks and have eight different things at your fingertips with each delivery for those extra $2. I really like the mix of sweet and savory snacks that came without me having to make any decisions or stick to familiar faves which may not allow me to expand my snacking horizons. I say it's worth it.
How about you? Is the value there with Graze?
