I pre-ordered this box and have gotten three emails from Zavvi giving me “status updates” but none have had an approximation of time when this box is gonna be released. There is never any customer service available to be able to contact to ask so how do I find out more info about this box I ordered?

Any idea how long these limited edition boxes are usually available for purchase? Never ordered one before. Also, it’s showing as $40.79 for me. Does it change according to the exchange rate?
