Loot Crate DX is Loot Crate's deluxe crate. They pitch it as an "elevated assortment of collectibles, apparel, home goods and more from your favorite pop culture franchises every month." They also promise no crossover items from the Core Loot Crate box.

The August 2017 Loot Crate DX included items from Dungeons & Dragons, Zelda, Labyrinth, and Dragon Age: Inquisition.
You'll get a fold-out card that details the items in your box - along with information about the franchises.
Kingdom Pin - Value $5-10?
I tend to value these pins a bit more because they are larger and thicker than the in you receive in the core Loot Crate subscription. This month's pin features a Pheonix banner - I don't believe that it's related to a franchise, but it's very much in the Kingdom theme realm.
Zelda Master Sword Long-Sleeve Shirt - Value $20-25?
This month's DX includes a long-sleeve shirt, done in the style of a tiered t-shirt + long undershirt.
The main graphic is Link's master sword - it spans from top to bottom of the shirt design.
Demogorgon Figure - Value $25-30?
This is the largest figure created by the in-house Loot Crate figure line - I was really surprised at the scale of it after seeing the initial spoilers!
The Demogorgon is 7.5 inches tall. You can see from the photo that the feet on mine were really messed up - it stands, but not as intended.
The sculpt is very cool - it has articulation in the arms as well. My plan is to see if the POP method of fixing issues works with this figure - heat it up with a hair dryer and bend the legs until they're straight - fingers crossed!
Dragon Age: Inquisition Grey Wardens Copper Mug - Value $15-20?
If you're into Moscow Mule's then this might be your new go-to copper mug.
It's copper - so it's not microwave or dishwasher safe. While I don't play Dragon Age - I like the subtle design of the mug.
Labyrinth Poster Book - Value $15?
The final item is a 40-poster book featuring Labyrinth!
The posters are on the front and back of each page - so you'll get 20 that you can display at any one time - but that's still a ton of posters. They're printed on a thick 8x10 cardstock - very high quality.
Verdict: I'm loving how ambitious that they're getting with their in-house figures and it looks set to continue. Hopefully, most don't have the issue mine does - but I'm thinking that I can fix it pretty easily. Overall - I'm all for using a figure is the hero item of a box, and the shirt and mug are certainly useful - so I think do like the box. The only reason I'm not over-the-top for this is just personal theme preference - but I'm sure a lot of people will love it.
Also – aside from the product itself, Loot Crate has been having shipping issues this year, so we want to make sure I call that out in the review. This box and our August Loot Wear shipment all arrived early this week.
