Now let’s take a look at what I received!
Brazen Buffalo Wing Spiced Almonds by Giddy Up Nuts, 6 oz. – Value $7.00 (buy 2 bags for $14.00)
These buffalo flavored almonds are quite delicious and pack just the right amount of heat. I tend to have almonds most days with my lunch, so these will be an exciting mix to my routine!
Crimson Seasoning by Bravado Spice Co, 4.5 oz. – Value $6.99
This spice may be a new go-to for me in the kitchen, but especially on the grille. The spice consists of salt, paprika, sugar, pepper, chili, garlic, and onion – all of which I like and pair great with most meats. This one is a definite winner in my book. I'm pretty happy that Mantry sent this!
Angry Cukes Spicy Pickles by Doux South, 16 oz. – Value $11.67 (buy a 3-pack for $35)
I’m pretty much a pickle addict, so these were a great addition to have in my crate. The pickles aren’t overly sweet or spicy; they’re great to eat by themself or paired with any sort of sandwich or hot dog. Another winner!
Pecan Peanut Nut Butter by Georgia Grinders, 12oz – Value $10.00
This all-natural, Georgia nut butter is pretty delicious. I’ve never had pecan peanut butter before, but I think it may be a new favorite of mine; it’s not overly sweet or salty and is a nice upgrade from the plain peanut butter I usually buy. Yum!
Green Chile Macaroni & Cheese by Fish Ski Provisions, 6 oz. – Value $3.85 (buy 2 bags for $7.70)
This macaroni and cheese is pretty good, especially for not having to use any milk or butter; all you need is what’s in the package, which is noodles, chiles, and a spicy mix. The end product wasn’t overly spicy and makes 2 portions, both of which I ate in one sitting. ☺
Hawaiian Style Jerky Strips by Chudabeef, 2.25 oz. – Value $6.99
I eat quite a bit of beef jerky, so this was another great product to have in my Mantry this month. The flavor is pretty good and not overly spicy; it packs just the right amount of heat while not being overwhelming. This jerky is handcrafted in Long Beach, California and has 20 grams of protein in each bag.
Verdict: This was my first experience with Mantry and I am quite impressed with the selection I received and am happy with every product within the crate! I appreciate that some of the products can be used together and the theme throughout stayed consistent. The value received in this month’s crate was $46.50, which is just under the $49 price paid (including free shipping). I personally don’t have an issue with this because I really enjoyed the selection and got to try things I wouldn’t normally buy in the store.
Have you tried any of the products in this month’s Mantry?
