This month's theme is "Girl Boss Style." They provide a list of the items inside, as well as some retail values for the products.
Exclusive Girl Boss Hustle Tumbler - Listed Value $16.00
I'm in need of a new coffee tumbler like this one (I always feel bad wasting another paper to-go cup at the coffee shop), so I was happy to see this in the box. I don't know about you, but this girl boss is definitely fueled by coffee! I like the inspiring message on the side of this standard-sized tumbler, but I will say that the color scheme is a little lackluster. The cloudy gray and stone colors are definitely fall-ish, but I wish they were something brighter. I need all the inspiration I can get to perk up during my morning coffee, so a pink, or even a collection of fall jewel tones might've been a bit more impactful. Still, this cup will get plenty of use. And hooray for being safe for the top rack of the dishwasher!
Gold Foil Desktop Weekly Planner Pad by UBrands - Value $12.00
Want to win me over with almost any product? Pop some metallic gold accents on there! This pad is so pretty and practical. I can't necessarily list everything in my week on this pad—I'd overwhelm the poor thing, haha—but I can jot down the major to-dos and events so that I know what's coming down the pipeline. You could argue that this weekly view does the same thing my Google Calendar does for me, but I like that I can mark to-dos as well as events, and frankly, I tend to remember things better when I physically write them down. Are you that way, too? Or does digital do it for you?
Inspirational Matted Art Print - Listed Value $9.00
I love the sentiment of this little print (which is around 5" x 7") and the colors are really pretty (love those bright hues)! I kind of wish the script didn't have those brushstrokes in them, just because if they were solid, they might be easier to read. But this will be a really sweet addition to my office bookshelf! It needs a frame, but until I buy a good one, I might cheat and just prop it against a mug I don't use or a stray box that'd make a good kickstand...
Rose Gold and Crystal Pen - Listed Value $5.00
I love pens (especially given my aforementioned habit of writing everything down), and I found this one to have a really pleasant weight to it. It wrote smoothly, too—I didn't have to do a ton of scribbling before the ink got rolling. The fact that it's twinkly and shiny doesn't hurt either! $5.00 might seem like a lot for a pen, but I'm going to say it's fair, given the flair. It's not the fanciest pen in the world, but it sure is fun.
Exclusive Planner Clips - Listed Value $4.00
These are essentially just regular paper clips with bits of grosgrain ribbon tied on one end, so part of me wants to side-eye the $4.00 price. That said, it is a darn cute idea (and I definitely didn't think of it before), so I'll call this price fair. I like the idea of using these clips to mark my page in my planner, or even to keep track of work receipts that I need to expense! Having a little flag on them helps make sure my stack doesn't get lost in my drawer!
Exclusive Dream Big Floral Card - Listed Value $4.50
There's always a fun card in this subscription box, and I'm really happy with this month's design. It captures some of the floral fun from the print and has a general enough inspiring message that I feel like I could use this greeting in a myriad of situations. Most small-batch cards at stationery shops near me are around $4.00 a pop, so I think this is another fair price from Rebecca Mail.
Grandma's Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, 1.55 oz - Value $0.50
There's nothing I love more than a chocolate chip cookie, even if it's a convenience store brand like Grandma's! I munched my way through half this bag in a snap. These are hard, crunchy chocolate chip cookies, as opposed to the soft, chewy type, but they are delicious for a mid-afternoon snack at the office. And dipped in coffee? Ugh, amazing.
Exclusive Pinback Badge - Value $0.50?
This guy wasn't even listed on the info card! I don't know if I'll wear this button around, but it is a sweet extra. For a promotional item, it feels a lot more considerate and fun than just another piece of paper.
Verdict: What a fun Rebecca Mail box! As someone who works in an office, I found all of these items delightfully useful. I like that the pen and the weekly calendar pad will bring a bit of sparkle to my set-up, too! The tumbler and the paper clips, I was more so-so about. I feel like quality-wise, they could've been a bit snazzier, especially given their listed values. But all in all, I thought this was a really successful installment of this cute, girly subscription! The box was $41.00 after shipping, and I estimate that I received about $51.50 in products. Not bad!
