31 Bits for SinglesSwag Bracelet - Listed Value $28.00
This particular bracelet wasn’t found on 31Bits website, so the value is taken from the info card. The bracelets on the site range in price from $22.00 to $48.00. The meaning of 31 Bits:
The “31” comes from Proverbs 31, where it describes a diligent woman providing and caring for her family. The “bits” comes from what the beads are made out of…bits of paper!
I thought this was an interesting fact about this company. This stylish, double-strand bracelet was made by artisans in Uganda from bits of paper and sealed with water-based varnish. The card attached to the bracelet has a code on the back for $20.00 off your first purchase and it expires 12/31/17. I have an assortment of bracelets (they're my favorite accessory) so I was delighted to have another bracelet for my collection.
Baja Bronze Face & Eye Collection - Value $20.00
This palette is for my eyes and face and has eight bronzers that range from matte, chocolate, shimmer, tan, blush, terra cotta, pink pearls, and cocoa. The assortment of bronze powders is everything I need to bronze, contour, and highlight my face, as well as use as a bronzer-blush and eyeshadow. I don’t usually wear a ton of makeup, but I do like to play around with kits like these for nights when going out on the town. The swatches are pictured at the end of the review.
Swipe Wipes - Value $6.99
This microfiber cloth intends to clean my phone screen in one swipe. The package came with three small, square, microfiber wipes that have a perfume bottle, lipstick, and high heel on each square. I stick the cloth to the back of my phone, peel off and wipe phone screen and stick on the back of the phone again and repeat when needed. I have used these before but it was another brand and they worked well.
Richer Poorer Nora Classic Crew Socks - Value $14.00
The weather is still warm where I live, so I will save this when the weather gets cooler. I tend to wear socks at night when I go to bed so these will work for when the weather decides to change which at this point it seems like it will be hot here forever. These orange and oatmeal striped socks are a cotton/polyester/nylon/spandex blend. The socks are soft and not too heavy in material.
Antica Famacista Lush Palm Hand Cream - Value $18.00
This creamy, floral scented hand cream includes shea butter and vitamin E to nourish and moisturize my skin. The hand cream wasn’t greasy and it wasn’t too thick in texture. The floral scent lingered as I applied to my hands.
So Susan Haute Light Highlighting Pencil- Value $19.95
This highlighting pencil has white truffle extract and Eyeseryl® Peptide to help reduce eye bags and increase skin elasticity. This versatile pencil is best for my brow bones, cheek bones, and hiding dark circles. The swatch of the highlighting pencil is at the end of the review.
Chocolate Chip with Pecans Cookies - Value $4.99? (buy a 2 pack for $9.99)
These bite sized chocolate chip cookies with pecans were crunchy and I barely tasted the chocolate or the pecans. The bite sized cookies had a bland taste, not my favorite item in the box.
Here are the swatches of the highlighter pencil and bronzer collection, the highlighter on top and below the bronzers.
Verdict: This month’s SinglesSwag box was a hit. This box delivers its promise of sending 5-7 products monthly and the cost of the box always exceeds the $39.99 price point. The box is an encouragement to single ladies and women in general and the lifestyle items in the boxes are useful and on trend. I have another bracelet to add to my collection, warm socks for when the weather gets cooler, more hand cream, makeup for the upcoming fall season, and wipes to clean my always dirty phone screen. The items included in this month’s box are products I would have purchased for myself so it’s a win for me. Check out their Instagram page to get more encouraging quotes! The September box has a value of $111.93 which is an amazing deal!
