The theme for this month is France!
The booklet received this month has all things France inside – from places to visit to top phrases in the country.
Now let’s take a look at what’s inside!
St Michel French Mini Madeline, 6.17 oz. - Value $7.15
These madeleines did not disappoint; they’re so soft, moist, and buttery! I had a few with my morning cup of coffee and it surely put me in a great mood for the day ahead.
Brioche Pasquier French Mini-Toasts, 2.8 oz. – Value $4.00
These mini-toasts are crunchy, don’t taste like much and are meant to be paired with either dips or soups. I can see myself really pairing these with some pumpkin and other creamy soups as we head into the fall months ahead.
Caramber Candy – Mixed Fruits, 4 pieces – Value $3.00
These are similar to laffy taffy, but much softer and easier to eat, and honestly much tastier! I received two different berry flavors and I want more! I’d highly recommend this treat if you like sugary sweet snacks.
Oui Love It – Langues de Chat Cookies, 3.52 oz. – Value $6.70
These cookies are simple but extremely delicious; they’re buttery but not overly sweet – I want more… and then some after that!
St Michel Galettes, 3.5 oz. – Value $5.50
These are pretty basic butter biscuits that you find in those tin cans here in the US. These aren’t sweet enough for me personally, but I think these would pair nicely with tea or coffee.
Delices Du Luberon – French Black Olive Tapenade, 3.1 oz. – Value $9.85
This tapenade is extremely flavorful and was a nice addition to the box! I paired with the mini-toasts that I previously reviewed and together, they made quite a delicious treat – 10 out of 10!
Verdict: This was my first experience with the TopMunch box and I was very impressed with the quality of the products, how well they stayed on-theme, and the variety throughout the whole box. The value received was $36.20, which is about $7 more than the cost paid plus free shipping. I’d highly recommend this box to anyone who likes trying new snacks from different regions and is open to new flavors.
