I had a new address mix up and USPS lost my October box, however birchbox is sending me a new replacement, so Yippee! I should probably get it just before the November box. Their customer service rep. was very nice and quick to respond too.

Was wondering if anyone could clarify something for me. It seems like Ipsy favors makeup & Birch tends to go more haircare & skin care + some makeup. I’m more looking for makeup and the like because I’m just getting back into makeup after several decades away, I have really, really bad seborrheic dermatitis (specifically on my scalp & face) so I don’t like “testing” new products on my skin or hair. I try to stick with *exactly* what I use, 100%, all the time. Like, the thought of trying out new skin and hair products every month or every couple months terrifies me, so it’s one of those things I’d definitely prefer to keep to a minimum. Do they let you do that, or is my perception of Birch wrong..? If anyone could tell me their take or experience, I’d really appreciate it. <3 Thanks all.

On the 3rd page of your beauty profile on Birchbox, you can unselect that you would like hair care items. I can’t guarantee that it’ll work, but it looks like that’s the only option.

If they’re going to start sending out Sunday Riley products, I might have to resubscribe.

… Probably not. But maybe!

Nothing in this sneak appeals to me, its all okay. Not bad, not exciting either. Ipsy won by a long shot for the sneaks this month.

I really like the Stila mascara, and the Dr. Jart BB cream is really great. If this is the curated box, I’d probably purchase it as a one-off

Did anyone get the sneak peek of their new LE?

It’s a hostess box that has been for sale in the Birchbox shop for over a week, so it confuses me that they are promoting it as being released today. The items are super random, and at over $60, it is WAY overpriced.

All of the November products are new to me, I’m excited. I can understand your disappointment if make-up is your prime target, but as a lover of skincare I’m super pumped.

Looks like I’ll be cancelling after only 2 boxes. Nothing in this sneak peek appeals to me.
