I am so excited!!! Boxycharm, you continue to amaze me! This one item alone pays for the box plus 10 bucks. I will never tire or discontinue this sub box, I am one happy customer. Thank you BoxyCharm 🙂

Everyone is never gonna be happy with every product. I love Boxycharm and cannot understand how they are able to bring us the value of the products they do each month. This spoiler is not something I’m super excited about, but that’s ok-it’s going into my daughter’s Christmas pile-she’s 17 and a makeup addict just like me. This is something she will definitely enjoy trying. I have loved nearly every item in my boxes since I started this sub in August. Whatever I don’t love I gift it to someone who will, usually my daughter or a friend. I cancelled my Ipsy and Sephora Play because they just didn’t do it for me anymore. Keep doing what you’re doing Boxy-we love ya!!

Christina

You sound like me and my daughter, she is 16. She wanted a boxy sub for her birthday. Her wish was my command. Now we both get excited each month to see which variation we are each getting and if there is anything we want to swap.

I am totally excited about the setting spray though. Been wanting one for a while, glad I held out.

Perfect timing! I was just trying to decide on which setting spray to try when my UD runs out. My box just paid for itself! And I can use up all the random samples I have in the meantime. Win-win! I really like Boxycharm. I hope I can remember that the next time I get another ghastly lippie or cream contour palette.

I am excited for this box! But I am always excited for my boxycharm lol They NEVER disappoint me!

Hello, I JUST signed up for Boxycharm for the first time. I’m waitlisted, which doesn’t’ surprise me. I was wondering how long the wait lists generally take? Does anyone know, or it varies month to month? thanks!!

Reply ButtonReply

Gladys

It’s usually almost always that you’ll get off the list at the first week of the following month. I’ve subscribed And unsubscribed multiple times and it never had failed for me

Christina

I was on the list for about two months but it is totally worth it.

pandbbeauty

Hi! I was waitlisted when I signed up, too! I was removed after only 2 weeks. I have gotten two boxes so far and I love it!

Bella01

First everyone was upset because of all the pallets, then came the Highlighters. Let’s just take a minute and solute Boxycharm. They are always trying to make it right for everyone. But they can’t please all.
Thank you BoxyCharm

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah Keith

So far I’ve been please with all my boxes from Boxycharm 😊 Some more than others but the fact that they give us full size versions of brand name products makes me grateful for whatever type of product they want to send me!

Seriously! People will a

Totally agree! Most months I am delighted with Boxycharm. Even the months that are *just okay* for me, I still feel like I got my money’s worth.

Michelle Ford-Copley

Right?!?! I’ve been with boxycharm I THINK since 2015. I unsubscribed for ONE month due to finances but went right back because it was just too good a deal to NOT be. I have LOVED every single box I have gotten. Sure their customer service gets overwhelmed at times but my GOD! I have literally seen ppl complain over the most insane things and send emails to CS and demand WHY they haven’t responded within 24 hours. Even during Hurricane Irma ppl were bitching and moaning that they didn’t have a confirmation email by the 10th. This sense of entitlement ppl has just astounds me. Most respond that it is their right to have an opinion but holy cow…I try every month to post to their page how awesome the box is and how much I love it and thank them for always going above and beyond. Can you imagine what a horrible feeling it is to look on social media and always see such negativity?

Im so happy for this!! 😍😍Setting spray!! I just want to try it!! …i dont know why everyone is upset forma not getting a palette…We get alot of palettes a setting spray is great!! 😁😊😊

Reply ButtonReply

cmoneydln

Agree, I am a little burnt out on eyeshadow pallettes. I was very happy for the loose powder blush and now the setting spray. This is great! I would like to get an awesome makeup remover or maybe something like the makeup eraser in my box one month.

I went to Sephora to try this out just now. I like it. I think I’m already happy with this box. Can’t wait to get my October box this Saturday!

Reply ButtonReply

Mary K

I don’t get Boxycharm anymore, but I’m just curious why many people are upset that there won’t be a palette. Couldn’t there still be one coming or is the palette always the first spoiler?

Reply ButtonReply

Logan

Very confused about this whole sense of entitlement about palettes. The whole “you will get a palette every month for the rest of 2017” thing was purely rumor. People took “raining palettes” and ran with it. I’ve subscribed since the 2nd or 3rd month boxycharm existed. There were times you’d go 6 months without a palette. Now folks think you should automatically get one monthly. It’s not a palette subscription. /rant

Reply ButtonReply

Evelyn

Really? I already have oily skin … and I thought we were getting an eye palette every month until the end of the year? 😡

Reply ButtonReply

Bella01

Oil cuts thru oil, so you should be o.k…You can always apply to your legs for a glowing, smooth legs. Iv’e done that before. It’s actually a really awesome product. enjoyit

Reply ButtonReply

Jackie

The CEO stated it would be “raining palettes until the end of the year”. He never said we would get one every month.

Reply ButtonReply

Priscilla

I’m returning this to Sephora as soon as I find my receipt. I’ve had it 3 weeks and the nozzle is so clogged it’s unusable. I’ve ran it under hot water at least a dozen times when I use it only to have to do it again the next day. It’s a bit much day after day. I kind of hope I don’t get this spray in my box.

Reply ButtonReply

Brenda

You don’t need your receipt to return something at Sephora, if you used your beauty insider card or a credit card they can find it that way

Reply ButtonReply

Priscills

They would only give me half the value for a return without receipt. She said they don’t have the capability to look it up by my card. My Sephora is tiny and inside JC Penny so maybe that makes a difference since I bought it at a larger Sephora 70 miles away that is a stand alone store.

Jennifer Dunlop-Gierok

Why did they say we would be getting pallets thru the end of the year in every box, only to not follow thru with it? That’s highly dissapointing. I cannot be the only one who’s saddened by this? I tried this spray in Sephora and it was SOOOO shiney. Like..too shiney. Still pretty and lasted the rest of the day but it’s really a lot of shine..kinda sparkley.

Reply ButtonReply

vanessa

Agreed!

I’d much rather add another eyeshadow palette than an overly shiny/oil slick creating spray like this.

Thank god for Sephora!!

Reply ButtonReply

Tracey

I’m not saddened at all. But I’m a long time subscriber who has tons of palettes from them, and I’m perfectly fine with not getting one every month.

Personally, I think one every month even for 6 months, they’d wear out their welcome pretty quickly for most subscribers.

Reply ButtonReply

Mrs.

me too.

Bella01

They never said every box would be a pallet.

Reply ButtonReply

ppzhang

Because they didn’t say that. It’s a misinterpretation from the users.

Reply ButtonReply

amy

so happy to see this spoiler!

Reply ButtonReply

Grrrrrrr

I’m about done with Boxycharm and I haven’t even received my first box. I’ve already missed out on September and (it looks like) October because I’ve been on the wait list for so long. It’s frustrating seeing all these things you want (namely the highlighter and Dr. Brandt wash) pass you by while you’re on the wait list. Ready to cancel my order and be done with the whole thing.

Reply ButtonReply

vanessa

I have 2 FS Dr. Brandt scrubs up for swap if you’re interested.

Reply ButtonReply

sheena

I know this may sound weird but when the waitlist is lifted resubscribed. i was on the waitlist and when it was lifted i remained on it but i saw people saying that when they did this they got an email the next day saying they were removed.

Reply ButtonReply

Jenna

I did this last time (resubscribed when the waitlist was lifted) and ended up getting the email that I was off the waitlist within a few hours and got charged twice. It eventually resolved itself and I was refunded without having to contact anyone, but I would be patient if this opportunity does come up lol. If they haven’t contacted you about being off the waitlist within a day or two, email them or resubscribe then.

Stacey

How do you use this? Do you mist your face directly after putting your make up on or put it on the brush before applying the make up? Thanks!!

Reply ButtonReply

Evelyn

It’s a setting spray. You spray it in your face after you put everything on

Reply ButtonReply

Stacey

Thank you!!

Reply ButtonReply

Anna

You spray directly on your face after you have finished applying your makeup. It helps keep your makeup on all day even on hot weather. I usually spray it before I use mascara though.

Reply ButtonReply

LB

Lol. I learned that lesson the first time I used a setting spray….thought I gave enough time for the mascara to dry. I thought wrong.

Misty

It’s setting spray. So, you set your face with it when you’re makeup is done.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

Another popular use for setting spray is to spray it on your brush before applying shimmery or metallic eyeshadows. It helps intensify the color. (But not matte eyeshadows, because it would make them harder to blend.)

SunnyT

Yippee!!!! Excited about this!!! 4oz. too!!! AWESOME!!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Diana

I know a lot of people that use setting spray vs primer before makeup. I use it for both and will be out of Smashbox primer water soon so I’m excited to try this.

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Oooh, love this!

Reply ButtonReply

Valle

Boxycharm is slaying the Sephora box ! So glad I made the change .

Reply ButtonReply

Bella01

Can’t compare, BoxyCharm always wins

Reply ButtonReply

Adele

Isn’t this box $11 a month more than Play? I try to compare Play to boxes that are the same price. I definitely don’t expect full size items in a $10 box. With that said, Play has been a disappointment lately.

Reply ButtonReply

Dianne

Still waiting for spoiler but I’m tempted for November. I’m skipping October. The temptation is hard. But I really don’t need anything in the October box. If their was a high-end facial moisturizer I’d be in. If their was eyeshadow palette I’d be in.

Reply ButtonReply

Ellen

I didn’t know we can skip a month with Boxycharm. Is there a skip option somewhere?

Reply ButtonReply

Dianne

Their isn’t I just cancelled before the end of the month. I didn’t need anything that I saw in the spoliers. I have a lot of the products in the spoilers already. I’ve been getting Boxycharm for years. And a few other subcriptions so I have a big collection of makeup and skincare. I always end up giving a lot of my stuff to my nieces. I might resubcribed next month.

Susan

You can’t without being placed at the end of the waiting list. There are quite a few people on the FB page who are complaining that they cancelled September and were placed on the waiting list when they tried to get back on for October.

JuJu

I think people just cancel their subscriptions and then resubscribe the month they want to receive the box. With Boxycharm that’s risky, though, because of the unpredictability of the waitlist.

heather

Boo for me, I’m super oily, so adding a shiny spray to my face would make me look even more awful…

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer Dunlop-Gierok

Use a good matte primer first then apply your usual makeup then the setting spray..that just blends all the makeup into one layer Instead of multiple layers..THEN use a FIXING spray. Many people think they do the same thing. They’re wrong a setting spray just makes one makeup layer by merging them together so it prevents slipping from oily skin along with taking away that overly powdery look from setting powders etc..And a fixing spray actually has polymers in it to sorta “glue” it all in place. It will make even oily skin look flawless and pretty. When used together they make your makeup blend and stay put while taking away any super powdered look..Try it. You won’t be disappointed in the extra steps. Plus it’s ex af to spray a mist on your face. No brainer.

Reply ButtonReply

Jackie

I personally wish it was a matte setting spray but I know not everyone is oily like I am. My best friend will love this so I will pass it on to her:)

Reply ButtonReply

Bella01

First try it, you might like it. There’s a difference in looking oily and looking glowing. My Daughter is oily and uses glowing products like this. She says it actually controls her oil too. You never know until you try. And you can also spray on your legs for some glow

Reply ButtonReply

Judy

Same here. I have oily skin but it doesn’t make it oily. I use illuminating primers for a glow. I find mattifying products actually make my skin more oily. Clogs and causes my skin to overproduce oil.

Jackie

I do plan on trying it, and I’ve tried other illuminating sprays that didn’t work out for me. If it doesn’t work out, I have no problem passing it on. I know not every single product is going to work for me, and I don’t mind gifting what I don’t use to someone who will love it.

T.Marie

Same boat. I don’t need to add oil to my skin.

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

Yeah, I am reading the reviews on Sephora right now, and people say it’s like liquid glitter. Oh well.

Reply ButtonReply

Priscilla

It also clogs and stops working pretty quickly. I’m looking for my receipt to return mine. I’ve had it 3 weeks and it’s unusable because the spray nozzle keeps clogging up

julie

Yay, I’ve been wanting to try this brand and I need a setting spray 🤗

Reply ButtonReply

Mindy

This is to funny, just today I was thinking I wish they would do a setting spray!! So happy about this!!

Reply ButtonReply

Ppzhang

Great news! I’d love to try this out!
PS: I think there’s missing an “m” in “confirmed” in the title, but everyone is too excited to notice xD

Whoops! I got a little too excited posting. Thank you! 🙂
