Ready to help me with some Boxycharm spoiler sleuthing?
Here we go!
Boxycharm recently did a makeup tutorial video where they used some products from past boxes and some products that we haven't seen in boxes before. And they hinted that at least one product shown was going to be in the November box.
Here are the products they used that haven't been in past boxes:
So we know it's at least one of those items, but we can't narrow it down anymore, right?
Not so fast!
First, I hate to say it, but I'm guessing Fenty Beauty foundation won't be in any future Boxycharm boxes because it is shade specific. (Fingers crossed for other items from Fenty, though!)
But, now we can cross-reference this November list with this spoiler hint we got from iluvsarahii:

No way will they have Fenty any time soon – there’s literally NO reason for Fenty to be there. They’ve probably had the most successful launch in years of any brand. I’m betting either the brush or the First Aid beauty product.

If we get the setting spray I hope mine doesn’t leak all over the box like the last one did a couple of months ago. The bottle was completely empty and the black ink on the box was wet and got all over my hands.

Previously the CoverFX setting spray was listed as a spoiler for an upcoming box, we just didn’t know which month. Guess we do now! I’m excited for that, I’ve heard it’s pretty amazing.

Ive noticed ppl on various sites on the web mad because there’s no eye palette or mad because there’s a highlighter or mad because there’s a lippie. IDGI. Not everyone is going to love every item in every box, they can personalize each one for 21$ a month. BC does a damn good job with the high end brands they DO get, and while I’m not crazy over every single thing that comes in my sub for that month, the good always outweighs the not so great, and I can set it aside for a gift for someone or a donation. It’s makeup-not life and death and nothing to complain about really. It’s just not that serious. I’ve heard ppl say they’ll be “so mad” if the get the liquid Becca product and all I can think is-you’re getting a high end highlighter essentially for free (practically) and you’ll be “mad” if it’s the liquid? Oh. Ok then. I don’t mean to offend anyone-I just don’t get that perspective is all.

The pallet spoiler came straight from Boxycharm-it was on their Facebook page. It’s easy enough to cancel if you’re not happy. There are lots of people on waitlist!

I really do NOT need yet another setting spray; I’ve never been on the swap boards but that may give me the push to finally sign up. Having said that, I love Boxycharm and am sure I’ll love the rest of the box.

Agree! I feel like setting sprays are such a gimmick, one is one too many. I am excited about the remaining contents though! I would be thrilled with a Tarte full size mascara!

As much as I wish we could get the Fenty foundation (or any foundation!) that would mean having a profile or having a selection option for your shade. I was just thinking yesterday when putting foundation on how much I wish I could try a different foundation from Boxy.
I’m cool with the Cover FX setting spray and Tarte mascara. Wishlist: maracuja oil from Tarte and timeBalm Primer from theBalm!

I just signed up but I’m clueless on what to expect with the waitlist. How long are people typically stuck on it? When do boxes ship?
I promised myself I would drop a sub before I picked up another. All I’ve managed to do today is add an extra scent each month on scentbird and signed up for boxycharm. I’m batting 1,000.

bmc3713: Not everyone thinks that Tarte products are all genius (I don’t), and not everyone wants a 10th mascara, 5th setting spray, and 27th highlighter. The point is NOT to amass every beauty item in 18 different brands.

I agree with you about how good it is and I just subbed. I keep seeing each month how good the products are and I waiting and always kicked myself. I get allure, dermstore, birchbox, and benevolent beauty. I just unsubbed glossybox. Each month I see the reviews for boxycharm and I think how much better the selection is then my other boxes! EVERY SINGLE MONTH

I first subbed around cyber monday last year. Boxy typically doesn’t do discount codes, sometimes they will have an extra item, but honestly, they don’t get into like the glossybox game of sub now deals, so I don’t think you need to wait. They are likely waitlisted now, but with the holidays, they will likely be removing the waitlist soon, so if you don’t like the guessing gamr of when your sub would start, keep an eye out. Msa does a great job of broadcasting when there isnt a waitlist

I LOVE BOXYCHARM! It is my favorite subscription box, along with Allure. The value is AMAZING, the products are always good quality, and have been getting better, and I personally have had good luck with CS. If you want Boxycharm then sign up for it, if they decide not to lift the wait list then you are going to miss out on some great boxes. If they do a special promo then they usually do something for existing customers too. My best friend and her Mom signed up in early September and they just got off the wait list this week. My Personal opinion, if you want it, sign up. If you’re willing to pay full price then it means you want it. 😀 (I pay for 3 mo or 6 mo if available with the boxes I order so I don’t have to remember to pay 5 separate things every month, I stagger them so I pay 1longer, more expensive payment and a couple of smaller month to month subscriptions monthly, but not EVERY box, EVERY month…. hopefully I explained that so it’s understandable, LoL.) Hope this may help in some way?!?!
