BoxyCharm October 2017 FULL SPOILERS – Variation #2

Did anyone else get a lip color and liner that don’t match at all? My liner is several shades darker than the tarte. I thought they were supposed to go together!?

I got “delish” tartiest, and matching lip liner….is there anyone out there that got xoxo and a matching lip liner that would want to swap ?! I was so hoping for the red…lol

I already have Prosecco Pop from Jaclyn Hill’s face palette. I don’t use it much, it is a very strong gold color but its beautiful with a natural look. I just used the liquid highlighter today and it is not nearly as strong! Its gorgeous!

The Tarte liquid lipstick in Xoxo + Jonteblu Lip Liner pencil work hand in hand. Boxycharm really did a good job pairing these two together. The lipstick does not transfer which I think is so important for a red color too!

I have tried the Poredermabrasion before from samples. It was main reason why I choose to still subscribe after seeing this spoiler. I am using it tonight after I remove my makeup, it works really well for minimizing pores!

The only disappointment was the DLS eyeshadow chubby. The color blends right into my skin, but it said you can use it as an eyeshadow base. I am trying it out today with some brown eyeshadows, I will see if it holds up.

Overall it was a good month!

Still keeping my subscription after seeing we are getting a Cover FX setting spray for next month. Boxycharm keep it up!

I received my first box last night. LOVED everything in it, aside from the color of Tarte liquid I received. They sent me Homeslice, which is far too orange for my skin tone. The Becca Shimmering skin perfector pressed highlighter is Beautiful, I cannot wait to try it! I used the Dr. Brandt last night and loved the way my skin looked when I woke up this morning, I’m expecting great results with it.

I loveeeeed the lip liner and tarte liquid lipstick. I got shades Delish and Brown Sugar? I believe and OMG they’re gorgeous colors on my skintone! I haven’t used the Dr. Brandt cleaner yet but I’ve been hearing raving reviews about it. I don’t really know how to apply the Becca highlighter, I applied it but I hardly see it? I love the packaging for it though. And the last thing i received was the nail kit which although I wasn’t hoping for one, it is very practical! So i love this month’s boxy charm overall! 😀 I think i might drop Ipsy and double on boxy charm.

Please not the red in my box PLEASE jot the red..I have a wide mouth and it makes me look waaaay too Joker-y will trade for ANY other shade..hahaha. I just know they’re gonna give me that red.

My box came today! Pleasantly surprised by how early it was 🙂

I was hoping for the liquid Becca and the eyeshadow crayon, but I got powder and the nail kit. Tarted shade is front row and lip liner is brown sugar.

Overall very pleased! It may not be OMG EXCITING but there’s nothing I really don’t like or can’t use!

SO excited for the Dr. Brandt! I have been wanting to try this stuff out for a year, but didn’t want to pay the huge price tag to try it out! YAY BOXYCHARM!

This is my first box finally off the wait list the only product i’m excited about is the Becca Highlighters everything else is muh to me. Very disappointing,

What are y’alls boxy weights? I’m confused because mine says 0.7 but there was a YouTube that had a 0.7 box that had the same items someone else had who said their box was 1.0lbs

Boxycharm knows that these items are disappointing. Imagine if they started their spoilers with the last two items.

I thought in a boxycharm video it said we would be getting a pallete the rest of the year?

Does anyone have the weight of their box yet? Mine on the shipping label is 0.7lbs. Im thinking if there is a huge grievance in weight, it might show who will have the nail kit or not!

I’m hoping for that lip liner. In the video is looks great! Granted, I’d rather not get it in bright red, but another color.

I am thrilled with all the selections I will be happy either way! I’m so excited about the Dr. Brandt!!! I love their products and am just about finished with my previous tube!!! So nice! Thanks Boxycharm always #1 in my book!!

I’m fine with it. If for no other reason than the Dr Brandt (which I have been wanting to try forever!) and the nail kit (which my husband will steal). Anything else I get will be great – especially if I get the pressed highlighter (I won’t use the liquid type). If I use the other items, wonderful! If I don’t, then it will go in the trade/gift bin.

This will be my first box and honestly it sucks 🙁

I don’t need any more red lipstick that I won’t wear, so hopefully I get one of the other colors . Everything else looks great and I can’t wait for the Becca product. I got a sample in another sub box and I love it! I’ve been adding liquid highlight to my foundation for a beautiful dewy finish. ( I also use The temptu liquid highlight we received earlier this year)

I’m cool with either…can always use another nail kit and the shadow stick looks nice as well. I think I only have like one lip pencil so even if I’m not in love with the shade it’s still nice to have for darker winter colors

Hoping not to get the nail kit. Thanks to Popsugar mystery boxes, I have 4 of them lol They’re pretty cheaply made, so I have my fingers crossed I dodge that one.

Is it me, or have the subs lost their loving feeling?

Underwhelmed & sad.

I love this month’s box. I’d like to get the lip liner and nail kit but won’t be disappointed no matter the variation. All the products featured are awesome. The only thing I am really holding my breath on is the Tarte liquid lipstick… hoping to get something tamer than a super dark purplish color or that bright red XOXO, but even if I do it’ll make a nice stocking stuffer for one of my sisters who enjoy those colors.

Wheres the palette? They promised one every month till next year.

Is anyone else feeling kind of ho hum about Boxycharm and Beautyfix this month? I wish they had not both made the same scrub by Dr. Brandt their one of two ‘hero’ items this month. Do not get me wrong. I love all of the scrubs I have gotten by Dr. Brandt, but I am with someone else who commented that they now have 4 full-sized Dr. Brandt exfoliaters in their arsenal after this month. I am torn between being excited because I love the product and feeling bad because I want to be greedy and get something else to try. On the plus side, I am really hoping to get the nail kit. I like seeing some practical stuff in our boxes too. What I would really like to see is some products to clean our makeup brushes with. That would be awesome!
