This is the official Disney Princess Subscription Box! Pley teamed up with Disney to create this bimonthly subscription box for kids. Each box includes 4-8 Disney products (apparel, accessories, toys, etc.).

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

The Box: Disney Princess PleyBox

The Cost: $24.99 + $5 Shipping (Box ships every other month)

The Products: Each magical box contains: 4-8 official Disney products (apparel, figurines, fashion accessories and goodies!), a magazine with a princess story and activities, and most charmingly a DYI activity of transforming the shipping box into a playable scene (for example, the box transforms into an elaborate castle that your child can build and then color-in). The retail value of the items in the box is ~$50

Keep Track of Your Subscriptions: Add this box to your subscription list or wishlist!

Check out all of our Disney Princess Pley Box reviews, too!

Each box comes with an activity book complete with instructions to turn your box into a display! (FYI - kids will likely need help with this.)

Now, on to the goodies!

Disney Princess Sandwich Box - Value $3

Typically Pley only features one princess at a time, so getting an item with multiple Princesses is a nice surprise!

And while I know this is for sandwiches, it immediately reminded me of Polly Pocket. (Any else collect those back in the day?)

Disney Pink Pencil Pouch - Value $3

A practical and fun item just in time for back-to-school! (Or a great makeup brush bag for any adults who love Disney Princesses, too!)

Disney Brave Figures - Value $30

This set includes Merida, Queen Elinor, Triplet Boys, Triplet Cubs, Mumbear, and Angus the horse!

These figures have a good weight to them, and the paint job is impressive, too!

Heart of a Warrior T-Shirt - Value $15

This tee is 100% cotton, and it has sparkly purple ink accents!

Lastly, here is the box inverted as a stand for Merida’s bow and arrow and family crest:

(Make sure to color this set before putting it together!)

Verdict: This box has a value of about $51. (I'm not assigning any monetary value to the box project or activity booklet, but both definitely add to the box!) The cost is $29.99, so I think that value is good for $50+ worth of Disney items. (Everything is official Disney Store merchandise!)

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Box cutoffs for your first box is the 4th of the following month a box is shipping in. (ie: to get a March released box, you have to order no later than April 4th). So if you sign up now, your first box will be the November box.

Value Breakdown: At $29.99 for this box, here’s what you are paying approximately per item:

  • Sandwich Box: $1.76
  • Pencil Case: $1.76
  • Figure Set: $17.64
  • T-Shirt: $8.82

Be wary of recommending this company. They are terrible to do business with. Do a search for other reviews on them and you will see that the majority of their customers do not have good experiences.

I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all. I purchased the Hotwheels box with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I paid for the shipping myself. It was not even shipped to me until December 27th, according to emails and tracking information. I requested a simple refund on the $5 I paid for shipping and they were extremely rude and refused. They Did not honor their guaranteed arrival date, which was the entire point of their promotion. They even lied and told me it shipped the 22nd when I have all the proof that it didn’t ship until the 27th. They then made it very hard for me to cancel my subscription because they ignored my emails. I had to call my credit card company to ensure they would stop allowing future charges. So first they don’t send the box, then they refuse to allow me to cancel my subscription. Absolutely terrible. Not worth the hassle.

Hey, just so you know, the figurine set is only worth 14.95 (regular list price) at most, though $10 is the year round deal. Disney Store sells these for just about every movie and character you can think of, and they’re always on sale. That Brave set in particular went to clearance quite some time back. Same goes for the t-shirt. While the curation is nice, a warning to parents out there thinking they’re getting a deal.

My kids love the Disney Princess Pleybox! It truly amazes me how they come up with so many great activities and items in one box for a very reasonable price.

Our daughters love these boxes! We bought a 3 box plan for each of them and will be getting our third box this November. I will definitely let our subscription auto renew for another 3 boxes!

We subscribed from the start of their first box (Belle) and so far have been very impressed by the quality and value. This would make an great gift idea for the holidays as you purchase the boxes upfront and you receive one every two months, love that!

When my daughter saw this, it was all I heard about lol. We’re on the third box now and she loves them! I made the mistake and thought it was a monthly box but I found out they release a new one every 2 months. I would recommend this and have.

Requires you to post a like on facebook to be removed from their waitlist. Extremely disreputable.

Hi C,

Actually everyone gets removed from the waitlist not long after signup although sharing on Facebook will remove you right away. We apologize for any confusion.

Ipsy does something like that too

I got around the Ipsy one by sharing to Facebook with the ‘only me’ setting on. Not sure if that would work for liking a page, though.
