I signed up for this on 10/31 and got an email confirmation for the order.
I have been charged already twice 10/31 and 11/7 but not received any boxes or shipping confirmations.
Has anyone who used this promo gotten a box yet?

I suscribed to this promotion and it has been a nigthmare, I received the October box in November, and haven’t received the November box yet. I’ve written a lot of emails, and haven’t had a prosper answer.

I was gonna get Play but I cancelled play and got this deal because I never have subscribed before but for only one box like a year ago that I ended up getting it for free.I know I love the boxes if anything…So as of right now I get Allure and now glossy when I know I made the right move. I wish there were more candle boxes, candle and beauty/lifestyle who blow my mind.

The code is not working for me

You can’t chose the 3 month plan. You have to chose the month by month plan. Then enter the code. They want you to jump through hoops and really fight to cancel once the deal expires. 🙂

LOL. I totally appreciate the frustration with Glossybox, but I’ve actually haven’t had a problem cancelling…YET. The sneaky part is that you have to make sure to do it super early. So if this deal is for the October, November and December boxes, you have to make sure to cancel by December 14 so you aren’t charged full price for the January box (and beyond). I’m happy they at least let you still cancel via your account page online instead of having to call or email (which is nearly impossible to do with them since they aren’t very responsive). I’ve actually cancelled and re-signed up a few times now and haven’t run into any problems with that part….but definitely pay attention to dates and write yourself a reminder!

Really? How would they do that? I’m trying to figure out which email to use to get a 3rd box.. 🙂

Colleen

I miss the actual box they send each month more than the contents!

No thanks. They couldn’t even pay me $10 a month to come back 😕

They won’t accept the code and I’m following the rules. Maybe it’s a sign. No thanks…
