This card describes the products in your box, along with the theme. The theme this month is Chuseok, which is sometimes compared to Thanksgiving per the information card that was included.

Now let's take a look at what's inside!

Pepero Nude Chocolate Box - Value: $3.95

These are cookie sticks filled with sweet chocolate, similar to what you'd find here in the US, but the stick is just a little thinner than I've had in the past. Overall, these are extremely delicious and a pretty good deal - I received 12 sticks in my box but I could definitely use more! I personally like to eat things like this with tea or hot chocolate - so I think I may order more of these in the future!

Bungeoppang Cake, 1 piece - Value: $1.87? (buy a pack of 8 for $14.95)

This cute fish-shaped cake is very moist and is filled with rich chocolate, what more could I ask for! The chocolate isn't overly sweet, nor is the cake mix, so this is a great treat that doesn't leave me feeling too high of a sugar rush. I can see myself sipping tea and eating these with friends - great product and I definitely recommend if you like sponge cake and chocolate!

Mychew Candy, 3 pieces - Value: $1?

This candy wasn't available in their store, so my value is an estimate.

I received 3 pieces of this hard chewy candy, which is similar to Laffy Taff that you'd find here in the US. The flavors received were: Apple, Strawberry, and Melon, and all were pretty delicious and VERY flavorful. I usually try to stay away from sticky candy such as this, but these were too good to not eat all 3!

Mon Cher Cacao Cake, 1 piece - Value: $1.41 (buy a pack of 12 for $16.95)

This chocolate cake isn't overly sweet and the chocolate melts in your mouth - it's so good!

Korean Snacks Box

The cake is filled with cream, which was a nice surprise and a big hit! I read a review to heat this up in the microwave and I'm glad I did - It was extremely soft and even more delicious! This one was a hit for me and I can see myself buying more of these in the future.

Jagabee Chips, 1 bag - Value: $2?

This product wasn't available on their site, so my guess is an estimate.

These potato chips are in the shape of french fry's and are super delicious! They're much thicker compared to a regular potato chip; they aren't overly salty and they pack quite a crunch! These are pretty unique and I could definitely eat more - another win!

Subakba Watermelon Jelly Bag - Value $5.95

I love sugar candy and most things watermelon flavored, so I was pretty excited when I opened these up! The jelly is very soft, which is nothing like I've had before and the flavoring is perfectly sweet and not sour, which I really liked! I do believe that $5.95 is a little pricey for just one bag, but I've never had anything like this before, so it's worth the price to me.

Verdict: This was my first experience with Korean Snacks Box and I'm pretty impressed with the variety of snacks included and how delicious all of them were! I received 6 snacks in this $14.95 box, so each item comes to about $2.49. I think this price is extremely fair because all snacks were a hit with my palate I want more!

GREAT VALUE, great selection and curation! I used to order korean snacks online by myself before but it is just not nearly as fun and I dont know what it good. This box with $2 an item is really cool imo. I looked up the price of buying just the silk bag the include and it was $12 incl shipping so the value is really great! I had this box for 2 months now, and I loved both of the boxes I got. I also really liked the october box because it just hit my palate spot on. Strongly recommend to try this if you are into Korean culture.

They priced the snacks way too high. As a Korean, I grew up eating most of these snacks and I thought I misread the prices when I saw them. The Moncher especially is so overpriced. A box of 12 can be bought for about $7 at Hmart, sometimes around $5-6 if they are on sale. No Korean in their right mind would buy one box of that for $17. Hmart sells online too so it would be much better to buy snacks there. (You’ll quickly see that many snack prices are more reasonable there for other kinds of snacks too compared to this sub box). I just wanted to let people know about this outrageous inflated prices this sub box has set, in case some people weren’t familiar with the usual Korean snack prices in Asian markets.

The prices are more expensive than when you buy them in the local supermarket but for a good reason. They need to buy the products, pack them and perhaps wrap them in a nice paper. Also the shipment costs are free to the entire world. So Korean people who aren’t living in Korea might be really happy with this! My wife included :).

Actually i compared this box with the other korean snacks subs and this was the best value. Maybe they are all overpriced but this is incl free shipping from korea and a silk bag and with the curation and unboxing experience this give me and my daughter then $16 bucks is really nothing. Thats my 2 cents.

*French fries. Not everything plural is a possessive.

Box is cute but I feel fortunate to live in California, where most of these treats can be picked up for less than half of the cost of the subscription.
