I have to say that Ashley at Oui Please is the most responsive person at any subscription box! I had something missing from a box and she sent it out and another time an item broke after very minimal use so I sent photos and she replaced it. I am so impressed with their products and level of customer service and I can’t say the same about the majority of my other boxes. You are paying for special and unique items but also for excellent customer service here.

This is confusing, are we getting the full size hair set? Are we getting all 3 skin care items with a sponge? There is a big difference between foil packets and full size products. Wish their marketing could be more specific. You would think if there’s a jewelry item they would’ve released that first to get more people to subscribe but maybe this is run by one person who also has another job or something.
