They told someone on the forum that they were waiting for items to come in this week and would most likely start shipping next week. I am betting right before Thanksgiving. They normally start saying on social media they will ship 2-3 weeks before they do. They haven’t done that yet.

Hi Kc, I just popped into my account and asked if they send shipping confirmation? (it’s my first box) …… “Ashley” replied yes and tracking…….that they were preparing everything and also that they were waiting on a “last item”………… with a sad face……… (likely that bracelet from China, eh?)

I was really interested in the bracelet and wanted to see who makes it so I did an image search and the first thing that popped up with that EXACT picture was ebay from china for $1.04 so now i’m even more on the fence. I understand this coulb be a knock off of a designer but I can’t find the designer they knocked off then.

That’s disappointing. I have Two subs! I wonder if they’re laughing at the “stupid Americans” who bought this! I expect everything from this box to be French and Made in France to try things from another culture!

In the two emails the beret colors are different shades. I thought I was picking a pale pink but in the pic with it on the model it looks more like a rose pink. So I might put up for swap.

I responded to the email asking which beret I wanted to choose a few hours after I received it, but still haven’t gotten confirmation of my choice. (They did confirm my other choice for the pouch.) Has anyone else gotten confirmation of their beret selection?

Unless Oui Please has drastically improved nobody will get the beret color they picked. I don’t know why they bother asking subscribers to chose a color. For this and many other reasons run far away from this sub no matter how great of a deal it seems.

I know Liddy – I’ve read the comments and never subbed until last week – I couldn’t resist the beret – truly hoping for the best!!! 🙂 — what happens when you “don’t get it at all” … is that end of story? 🙁 ……. I can see why this box could be a huge disappointment cause it’s so feminine and fun………and it’s easy to want every single thing that is promised …..

I got the annual sub at $65/box and this is my second box. I’ve been really happy so far and haven’t run into any problems yet.

I would say that when I was thinking about subbing to this box, I found the forum threads to be very informative. The one that discusses this particular box is a must-read before you commit so that you know what you should expect.
After doing the research, I decided not to sub.

There are many issues with this box. That’s why Shelby directed people to the forum thread, since there are too many to list.
I’ve never purchased this box, so these are just some of the concerns I remember reading about: slow shipping, missing items, sporadic customer service, receiving expired items, inflated value of items, not receiving the variant item chosen, not receiving the brand of item chosen, not being able to get a refund for unsent boxes, etc etc.
That being said, you’ll probably be fine if you make a one-time purchase of this box.

Never seen it go lower than 40% off. It’s costly to ship such a large box from Europe so I doubt you could get so many items for cheaper than this really.

MY FIRST and I LOVE IT – fairly safe to assume that every box will have ALL those items?? …. it only doesn’t say in every box underneath the beret but we all picked our colors……. not bad for $105.00 IF it truly has it all……. that is a SWEET SWEET BOX….. 🙂
