This month includes a little bit of everything. The theme is "Hello from the City!" There are a few different charms featured on these looks, rather than three coordinating pieces. That's A-OK by me, as long as the charms are cute!

BONUS Bicycle Enamel Pin - Value $10.00?

Enamel pins are my jam, so I'm loving that they've been included in the past few shipments. I want this pretty pink bike in real life! For now, I'll settle for it as an adorable adornment. I will say that it likes to spin around, because of where the post is located on the piece. But when it's pinned into a thicker fabric, I noticed that it stays put a weensy bit better.

Bicycle Earrings - Value $12.95

Yay more bikes!!! I commute by bike whenever I can, either on my own ride (she's mint-green, well-loved, and [sigh] amazing) or one of the rental bikes we have around town. These little gold bikes will look awesome twinkling under my helmet! Like the other earrings I've received from this subscription, these studs are lightweight, have a brushed finish, and hold up incredibly well. No tarnishing after wearing them around all day (...and to bed by accident, haha)!

Hello Necklace - Value $18.00

Clothes and accessories with words and text on them are a fave of mine, so I love this cute little necklace! There's something sweet and upbeat about the lettering that makes me feel happy when I see it. (It's corny, but it's true!) I love the idea of layering this with geometric or design-y styles!

(Notice that my bike pin is doing a little BMX trick on my shirt... See how it likes to spin?)

Camera Necklace - Value $18.00

The second necklace in the box is really sweet, though I think the "hello" is my fave. This teeny camera has a heart for a lens and a star for a flash. I like it for me, but I might give it as a little present for a photographer friend!

Verdict: This Penny + Grace pack was a ton of fun. I'm used to getting just one or two different charm designs at a time, but I really enjoyed the variety of shapes I got this month! The subscription is just $19.99 box (with free shipping), and I often say that I feel like the prices they list for the pieces might be a weensy bit high. But these products wear beautifully and always look cute. So it's a win once again this month!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Order soon to nab the October pack!

Value Breakdown: The box was $19.99, with an estimated value of $58.95 (if you count the bonus pin). That means that, proportionally, I paid the following for the items inside:

  • Pin - $3.39
  • Earrings - $4.39
  • Bike Necklace - $6.10
  • Camera Necklace - $6.10

I think I might take a break for a few months. This is probably my least favorite shipment from them so far. Though very cute, a little *too* cute for my age and tastes.

I loved each piece and that they are not a matching sets! My favorite is the camera necklace and bike earrings! I’m going to sent the hello necklace to a friend as a treat in the mail! Would love to get a bracket sometime. The quality is excellent!

I’m so glad you’re digging the non-matchy-matchy vibe, too, JT! It’s kind of fun getting a whole bunch of shapes 🙂 Thanks for reading and commenting!!!

FYI, this month I opted out of earrings and got a bicycle bracelet instead – yay!

I want a bicycle necklace. I tried to make one with the bracelet and extenders but alas!
