Suprised there is a waitlish anymore. I think it is the lure of a “Sephora” box that gets people becuase it isn’t the samples.

Nope, nope, nope. Not only are there variations, can we say very small samples?

I just subscribed over the weekend. I’m hoping I don’t be disappointed.

Some may be unhappy with it but I enjoy it more than most boxes because I always know it’s good quality products and things I would actually want to try. Their quiz works out pretty well. I’ve only had a few products not something that I thought matched but they where products the product company claimed for all types and I don’t agree with that. That being said it doesn’t happen often enough to be upsetting to me. I’ve been a sub with Sephora sense the beginning and I’ve never thought of canceling yet for any reason so I do hope you injoy it and I’m sorry others don’t like it.

yes we can. I canceled for that reason. Their samples are so tiny and small.

Ok, I commented on this last night and I don’t know where my post went 🤔 anyways, I signed up for play around the 3rd or 4th of Oct and I was told my first box would be Nov I’m assuming since they haven’t billed me & it has that I’ll be billed between 11/1 & 11/4…well, now day they’ve opened up the waiting list will they take me off the list or do I need to cancel & resub to get October’s box? Funny help would be greatly appreciated 😊😊😊

I actually just asked the customer service for Sephora because I cancelled at the end of September and then saw what the products were for October. I resubscribed on the 7th and I have yet to be charged. The Sephora representative said that since I signed up after the billing period, that I would not get this month’s box. I then said that their own website said that you could sign up by the 15th and get the October box, and she apologized and said that I will get this month’s box. I’m now just waiting to get charged! I hope this helps!!

Same thing happened to me! I signed up on the 4th but when I checked my account, it said my next billing period is November. I just contacted customer service and they assured me that because I signed up before the 15th, I will be receiving this month’s box. I’m sure you’ll be receiving the October box as your first box as well.

I’m so glad to hear that & that you contacted customer service regarding it cuz I was really hoping to get this box this month. I know that the samples are very small but they’re also very good since they are from Sephora products and they’re not something that I’ll be able to afford so I’m happy to be able to try out some really good products for a great price 😊

It happened to me last month. I signed up beginning of the month then towards the middle of the month, they opened the waitlist. I didn’t have to cancel and resub, they just automatically billed me for that month and sent me the box right away. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for your response! I’m just going to leave it alone and see what happens… ❤️ 🤗

That’s what I did with Boxycharm. I was on the waitlist and when they removed the waitlist – I cancelled and re subbed. Sephora also only allows one sub per email acct. So, you would be ok to do it. Once I filled out the beauty quiz it showed me what I would be receiving in my September box:-/ so I’m prepared for being charged twice this month.

Same happened to me. What are you getting? I’m getting gimme brow, sephora pencil eyeliner, belief aqua bomb, algenist night pressed serum, urban decay lipstick in amulet and bonus igk shampoo and conditioner.
I’m wondering if this will actually happen or if it’s some kind of auto-page that everyone gets…
We’ll see I guess!

Very weird… I just signed up and my first box will be September. Just FYI for whoever might sign up today.

I imagine so many people are canceling because their boxes have been so very boring!

I have a question about how this works.. I signed up for this box on 10/4 I believe & it’s saying that they’ll bill me between 11/1&11/4…if they’re lifting the wait list will they lift it for those like myself too?
