Pop In A Box is a Funko POPs subscription that helps you build out your collection every month! You can sign up to receive 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, or 12 POPs each month.

This is a review of a 6-POP delivery.

One thing to note with this subscription - sometimes, your POPs arrive in different packages - weeks apart! This month, I received all 6 in one box, though.

My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

The Subscription Box: Pop In A Box

The Price: $9.99 and up + Free Shipping

The Products: Pop In A Box allows you to grow your POP! collection every month with a guaranteed mystery Funko POP! Vinyl that's not in your collection.

Man, oh man! ALL Star Wars: The Last Jedi this month!!!

This is a no-frills subscription. You'll be getting the amount of POPs of your choice in a plain brown box. But, with any subscription, you'll have a chance to pull a 6 inch POP or POP Ride - I think I've received an oversized POP at least twice with my subscription.

Here's a quick run-down of creating your PIAB account:

The first thing you'll want to do is set up your collection. This is an important step to ensure that you don't receive a duplicate POP or a POP that you may not care about.

piab-1

You can cycle through POPs and selection options for each one. Mark 'Add to my Collection' for POPs you have and avoid duplicates. Give POPs a thumbs down to let PIAB know that you don't want it, and mark it as thumbs up to let them know that you're really interested in that specific POP.

piab-2

There are a TON of POPs to go through. I haven't even gone through all of them, but in the end, you'll have built your own collection! This will help you keep track of what you have, and it will help PIAB know what to send.

They also no offer subscription options for Marvel, DC, Disney, Dorbz, and Rock Candy - find out all the details here!

Let's get into the mood and watch the latest trailer!

Kylo Ren

My first POP features Kylo Ren and his face scare from The Force Awakens!

The sculpt is pretty basic - but he does have that tri-lightsaber!

There are a lot of The Last Jedi POPs - and more to come, I'm sure - but we'll get through 6 today!

Porg

Porg is easily the cutest looking thing in the trailer - and it looks like he rolls with Chewy which makes me extra happy!

This character was born to be made in POP form!

There's a chase variant of this little Porg - it has it's mouth wide open as seen in the trailer!

BB-8

I'm excited to see Borg from the latest trailer, and it was quite the same for BB-8 when I saw the trailers for The Force Awakens - and BB-8 did not disappoint.

Anytime they make a little side character that is very puppy-like, I'm in - 100%.

Snoke

One of my gripes from TFA was that giant Snoke - it left a lot of questions (which I knew would be answered in the years ahead), but it also was a bit too CGI.

I'm excited to learn more about and get a better look at Snoke in December. What is up with those giant scars on the back of his head!

Luke Skywalker

We'll also finally get to catch up with Luke in the new movie!

Here, he's shown with some hitchhiker gear - and a glove covering his cybernetic hand. Again, I'm very excited to start uncovering what has happened with Luke.

BB-9E

Of course there's an Imperial BB droid!

The BB unit looks pretty similar, unsurprisingly, to its BB-8 counterpart - I'm curious to see what type of upgrades this has over the BB-8!

Verdict: Best month of POP in a Box ever! I'm so excited for the next chapter in the Star Wars universe, and these were the perfect POPs to kick start my Last Jedi collection! I was happy it all arrived in one package as well - it's been a frustrating past few months with getting portions of my shipment much later than others - so that's something you'll have to consider when subscribing.

I absolutely love my Pop In A Box subscription. I only get three per month, and decided to subscribe based off your reviews. My last subscription came with three Harry Potter Pops of the 3 main characters. I was surprised and pleased.
