I’m a current subscriber and it would let me use the code while I was signed in. When I signed out and put in the code it recognized it. I then signed in and it let the code work. I did a year subscription but I hope they don’t cancel it later since I used it under my same username. Has anyone else done that?

It won’t let me select 6 month. Only gives me one month option even when I click 6 month.

Were you able to get it to work? I’m not a current subscriber (but have subscribed in the past), and I just logged into my existing account, then clicked on the 6-month subscription option, and was able to use the code with no issue.

I got it to work to purchase a 6 month. I’m a current subscriber and to get it to work had to start a new sub on my alternate email address (then sent email request to cancel my monthly)…but I did get it to work. If you are a current subscriber, you might try logging out, and that may get it to work for you. Good luck. I love this box!!!
