I applied a coupon code with a gift card order which showed as being accepted when I processed the order. Three days later I was reviewing my account, and noticed the extra amount was not applied. I called, and explained the situation. The first girl on the phone kept putting me on hold as she explained the situation to someone else. I finally asked to speak directly to the person she was speaking to. I explained that the gift card order accepted the coupon code and I was looking for it to be applied. She said the site should not have accepted the code (is that my fault???) and she would only credit me less than 1/2 of what I would have received in extra credit on Cyber Monday – the deal is no longer valid now. When I asked if she would honor the discount since their order form accepted it, she said they could not. She was then VERY rude, said she was canceling the account and hung up on me. I am in a customer service business and that is NEVER the way, I would handle any of my customers. I am sure I will find another/better subscription service that wants our business. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
