UPDATE! I still haven’t gotten an email. HOWEVER… I looked at my account on the app, and a tracking # is listed now as ‘pre-shipment’. So, no communication from them, but it’s at least listed on my account under Crate history.

We’re supposed to receive a tracking email from them by the 10th, which is Sunday, so we’ll see! This is my 3rd crate and out of the 3, they’ve only actually notified me with a tracking # on 1 of them. When I’ve contacted them to ask about it, they tell me it’s my fault… that the email must be in my junk mail, etc. No, it’s not! They just never sent them! And prior to seeing this note about the delay, I’d been communicating with them about the November box, and they’ve been telling me that it’s already been shipped, that there must be a hold up at my post office customs. I sent them a screen shot of this note about the delay and they didn’t even act like they saw it, just said it’s still already on it’s way. Why lie?

I never got this email. Especially annoying after the Stranger Things crate that I was expecting at the end of October was delayed and we’re now in December and I still haven’t received it. They at least notified me about that crate’s delay. This one? Nothing.
