This company is going under and is basically committing fraud at this point. Do not subscribe!

I’m sorry I didn’t hear this until after I subbed for 3 months…

Yeah it’s really unfortunate. I did enjoy the boxes when the company was doing better, but when they went bad, it was horrible. I am one of the lucky people who got a refund, and only because I was persistent. Now they’re not even answering emails. MSA should not be featuring this box on their site in case it leads to more people getting ripped off. Some of the angry customers are looking into a class action suit. And many small family businesses are hurting right now because TTW has not paid them. If that is the case, MSA should *definitely* not be featuring them as it could be argued that they encouraged their readers to subscribe to this shady company’s boxes. They apparently just got sold, too, to someone who is notorious for ripping people off and has dozens of failed dot com / social marketing businesses to his name. Try to get a refund if you can, or file a claim through your credit card.

The link says one free box right away and the other in three months. Sounds like you don’t get the 2nd free one unless you stay three months.

Side note, the beautiful blue boxes were gone with the September (Canada) box. Also, the Pantry box has been discontinued, and they can’t get goods anymore after burning so many vendors, there is no longer a Countries box…it’s a “World” box now…which, according to some who actually received it (October box), contained rancid items. Stay away if you don’t subscribe, and if you do, get your refunds while you can, if you are lucky enough to get a response.
