Pokémon Mini-Pouch in Mew
I've been seeing a few Pokemon items trickle in through boxes lately and this is one of them. This little 5-inch vinyl mini pouch has several variations and I received the Mew version!
One side features Mew in mid-air against a pink and white striped background. I like that it also says "Pocket Monsters" here instead of Pokemon. Tee hee.
The other side has a pattern of Mews against a bright blue background. It also has a metal lobster clasp attached to the zipper so you can clip it somewhere safe!
The pink zipper reveals the inside, which is large enough for an ID, credit cards, and cash with still enough room for some lip balm or keys.
Amuse "Poteusa Loppy" Rabbit Plushie
I'm not familiar with this sad bun-bun but it is awfully cute. I received the brown one with a red and white polka-dot scarf. It's made of really soft acrylic fur and stands about 5.5 inches tall.
Even it's little scarf has fringe and his backside shows off his brown bunny tail.
This poor thing needs so many hugs!!
Amuse Character Bakery Squishies
You know I love a good squishy! This one is a hamster in the form of a baked good!
I'm really feeling it's cute face with what looks like a little buck tooth. It comes with a chain of course so you can hang off of something.
It has a cute squishy butt as well!
Gudetama Key Cover
Gudetama, my King! This sighing egg key cover is perfect to be able to tell a special key apart from the rest.
Just pop a key in there to give to a friend who is cat-sitting for you and they'll never be able to misplace it!
It also has a chain so you can hang it off of a key ring or on the inside of your bag.
Sanrio My Melody Ruler
Shopping for school supplies at the beginning of the school year was always my favorite thing when I was little. It's definitely why I still love stationery and office supplies to this day.
This ruler is unique because of the wheel at the top that allows you to open and close the ruler at a specific angle, or you can fully open it to create a ruler twice it's size.
What you can't hear is the pleasing clicking noise the wheel makes when you are moving the two sides of this pale purple clear instrument.
Little Twin Stars Stationery Set
I think I've mentioned before how much I loved stationery sets like this in high school. I had a lot of pen pals and would take such joy in buying a new set to send off to Atlanta, South Carolina, or Columbus.
The set has a magical theme that's familiar to the little twin stars featuring unicorns and rainbows in the clouds.
You get six envelopes that have the Japanese vertical orientation instead of the U.S. horizontal way. You'll also need a glue stick to seal these since they don't come with the dry glue that you lick on the flap like standard ones.
You'll get 12 sheets of paper so that you can write 2 pages for each letter you send! They're pale pink on one side so it's easy to write, and the other side matches the front of the envelope.
No stationery set is complete without stickers to seal and decorate! You'll receive enough for one per envelope.
Disney Tsum Tsum Fleece Lap Blanket in Mickey Mouse
I've been seeing a lot of Tsum Tusm items come through lately. Here we have a small fleece blanket just big enough to cover your lap now that it's getting chilly. It features the "stackable" versions of Mickey, Minne, and Pluto against a yellow and white striped background.
The fleece isn't very thick, so this is really only for light coverage. I will probably end up folding this into a small square and laying it in front of the heating vents in my house for my kitties to nap on.
Up close, you can see the red trim around it and the cute little faces of the rest of the gang.
Verdict: YumeTwins didn't blow my mind this month, but it comes and goes. I like receiving Sanrio items, but the Disney stuff is lost on me. I'll get the most use of the stationery and ruler, and I will squish that little bready hamster to death, I tell you. I will most likely pass the bunny plush onto a friends kid since I am chilling out on my stuffed animal intake.
