Stemless Cheers Champagne Glass, set of 2 - Total Retail Value $24.00 ($12.00 each)
These stemless champagne glasses are so beautiful and a great surprise that you could keep or give as a hostess gift this holiday season! I have a gold bar cart that will match these glasses perfectly to add a festive touch. I also love that they are stemless as it will match my wine glasses that are also stemless, a total preference of mine. My husband and I usually stay home on New Year's Eve so I am planning to use these to ring in the New Year with a toast of champagne!
Poppy Popcorn: Chocolate Peppermint Bark, 7.25 oz. - Retail Value $9.95
This bag of hand-crafted popcorn comes from Asheville, NC and is heat sealed to allow for a longer shelf life. Plus, this bag is huge which makes sharing easy and fun! The flavor from this month's box is so festive with layers of peppermint and chocolate drizzled all over the popcorn. Each bite is sweet with that tingly mint flavor from the peppermint. While I don't love peppermint, this was the perfect sweet treat to help get me in the holiday spirit. I am planning on putting dishes of this yummy popcorn out at my next family gathering.
Little Seed Farm Goat's Milk Moisturizer, 2 oz. - Value $26.00
Little Seed Farm was started by a family from New York City that moved to a farm in Tennessee to provide raw milk farmstead cheeses, organic skincare, and humanely and sustainably raised meats. The featured product for this month is from their skincare line, goat's milk moisturizer that is created to repair and renew your skin. On top of goat's milk, this moisturizer also contains argan oil, aloe, and botanical actives that won't clog your pores. The Little Seed Farm site notes that this is great for all skin types and daily use. I noticed a healthy glow after a few days of using this moisturizer and it smells incredible, so fresh with a light orange scent. I also noticed that this moisturizer isn't just good for your face, but is the perfect lightweight lotion for your hands!
Brittany Fuson Notepad - Retail Value $8.00
Brittany Fuson Luggage Tag - Retail Value $5.00
This adorable notepad and luggage tag set comes from Brittany Fuson in Nashville. She is inspired by couture designs, local bloggers, and her travels to create these beautiful designs that are great for every day use. I love when there are fun images like these festive models on products like a notepad that add a touch of personalization. I write notes for myself, for my husband, or for our babysitter all the time and I love being able to use fun paper that really brings about my love of fashion! The luggage tag is on thick plastic with a sturdy string to hold it onto your luggage securely. I don't travel very much anymore so I decided to give this to my Mom who is constantly traveling and she loved the graphic!
Gracey's Gourmet Cookies: Ginger Bites, 7.5 oz. - Retail Value $7.99
I am not a ginger cookie fan, but these ginger bites from Gracey's Gourmet Cookies were incredible! I honestly ate half of this box on my own. The cookies are thin to the point where you would think they would be crunchy, but when you bite in they are so soft with that melt in your mouth, just out of the oven texture. The ginger flavor is that perfect spice with a light sweetness from a delicate sprinkling of sugar on top of each cookie. Based in Nashville, Gracey's Gourmet Cookies started in 2009 when the owner Brigitte Hohman took her family recipes to create "cookie gifts" for friends and family, which then involved into orders from local retailers, events, and individuals.
Southern Firefly Candle Co. Cozy Christmas - Retail Value $12.00
This Cozy Christmas candle is every scent that reminds me of the holidays rolled into one. With hints of orange, berry, apple, cinnamon, and clove this is the perfect candle to light for the month of December. I usually have a candle burning most days to fill my house with my favorite scents, and I was giddy after smelling this lovely candle since it is the perfect candle to receive this time of year. If you don't love it as much as I did, you could always gift it to a friend because the candle itself is just as lovely as the smell! Southern Firefly Candle Co. is a family business that creates candles with natural soy wax, double cotton wicks, and no dyes or additives which allows for a strong scent and long burn time. I can't say enough about how lovely this candle is!
Verdict: For me, Batch is an overall experience that is so special from start to finish. The box arrives in a standard shipping box, but when opened, you are greeted with this beautifully wrapped Batch box that is filled with various products that you can't find at any local stores. Batch brings Southern small businesses right to your door! The products this month screamed winter and holiday for me, which I love! From the cozy candle, to the delicious ginger snaps, the beautiful paper products, and festive cheers glasses - everything was the perfect gift to either give to myself or a loved one this time of year. This box came in with a calculated value of $92.94, which does come in a bit shy of the $99 monthly fee. However, I do think that the overall experience and curation of unique products is where the value comes in for me. This box was wonderful!
