MunchPak Original Box December 2017 Review
There is always a card included in the box that lets you know who personally packed your box for you. I love the personalization!
Lotte Milkis Peach Soda, 8.45 fl. oz. - Retail Value $5.00
This little soda drink is so sweet and fruity! I love the bold peach flavor that tastes almost like a peach tea. The light carbonation breaks through the overall sweetness to make this drink super fun. I have had this in a past box and loved it as well so it was a nice treat to receive again.
Takis Zombie Habanero and Cucumber Tortilla Chips, 4 oz. - Retail Value $3.00
This snack is crazy good! The tortilla chips are rolled into a long stick which is basically my dream because I loved when chips are rolled or curled. Each chip is a deep green from the habanero and cucumber seasoning. The cucumber makes each bite seem fresh, but then there is the cut through of habanero that is the perfect amount of spice. These chips are my husband's absolute favorite so he basically takes this bag from me without sharing every time.
Tayto Jonnie Onion Rings - Retail Value $2.00
If you love onions then you will love these because they have a very strong onion flavor! It honestly tastes like you are eating an actual onion ring that's how real these flavors are. The rings themselves are super crunchy and really bake in that yummy sweet spice. I loved that they sent the bigger value sized bag for extra yummy rings!
Eiffel Bon Bons Watermelon, 1.25. oz. - Retail Value $3.00
These candies are super sweet and chewy! Each little candy is like a hard candy that turns into a softer chewy piece of gum. They are flavored with a bold watermelon and sugar coating that is super sweet and a bit sour. A fun candy to enjoy!
Kidsmania Wacky Monkey - Retail Value $3.00
I would say this is more of a really cool toy than a snack. The wacky monkey moves to ring the symbols together and smiles! He makes a fun clicking sound and is a great noise maker when filled with the candy. My son got a big kick out of this wacky monkey! Inside are little hard candies that have a light fruity flavor. A great candy for kids that doubles as a toy!
Jelly Belly Krispy Kreme Flavor, 1 oz. - Retail Value $2.00
I am not the biggest jelly bean fan, but these were a really unique take on the traditional flavors I am used to. Much to my surprise, each jelly bean really tasted like a different donut flavor! The blueberry was my absolute favorite. I think I am now a Krispy Kreme jelly bean fan!
Vidal Gummi Turtles, 3.5 oz. - Retail Value $3.00
My son is obsessed with turtles and thought these gummies were very silly! For me, they were so delicious! Each bite was fruity but not too sweet. There was a layer in each gummy that tasted almost like a creamsicle or yogurt, I really couldn't put my finger on it. A simple snack that was just so so good!
Kabaya SakuSaku Panda Chocolate Cookies - Retail Value $4.00
My favorite snack of the month! This bag is one of six new designs of the Saku Panda cookies. The flavors are pretty traditional with milk chocolate and a crunchy vanilla cookie. Each bite is so rich and creamy that you can't eat just one. The panda faces are so cute and fun as well! My son thought these were really cute and tasty as well, so I decided to share with him!
Nimm2 Fruit Candy - Retail Value $3.00
This bag of fruity hard candies is also good for you! Each packaged candy is either a lemon or orange flavor that are packed full of 9 essential vitamins. The hard candy was a bit sweet with a light tartness but nothing too overwhelming. This is a great snack to have around during cold season if they really do help provide essential vitamins!
Sante Candied Pistachios, 1 oz. - Retail Value $3.00
This snack was very interesting! Each round was a hollow shell that was very crunchy. You get a strong cheese flavor in each bite. Cheese can sometimes leave a weird aftertaste, and these snacks were no exception. After eating a few I had a strong cheese flavor in my mouth that was pretty overpowering. I think this is a delicious snack, in moderation, because the crunch mixed with the cheese flavors were very unique!
Meiji Yan Yan Double Creme Flavor, 2 oz. - Retail Value $2.00
These were like Dunkaroos, which was awesome because I was never allowed to eat them as a kid! There are two creme flavors, chocolate and strawberry. They are both so rich and creamy yet not too sweet. The vanilla sticks are so crunchy and perfect for dunking. I could not get enough of this yummy treat, brought me back to being a kid and begging for a fun snack like this!
Mamma Mia Cocoa Wafer With Dark Chocolate, 1.4 oz. - Retail Value $1.00
You can't go wrong with a wafer cookie! Each wafer is coated in dark chocolate and then there is the cocoa cream filling. The perfect blend of sweet bitterness from the dark chocolate. I enjoyed this snack with an afternoon cup of coffee that was just so delicious together!
Verdict: MunchPak is always a big hit in my house! We have found some of our favorite snacks from trying MunchPak, and are always discovering new flavors that we didn't think we would like but do. The one thing that I do have to call out is that I seem to be receiving a lot of the same items month to month or even just from a few boxes ago, which makes the overall variety not seem as fresh. That being said, I am always excited to receive MunchPak and can't wait to see what the New Year will bring!
To Wrap Up:
Can I still get this box if I sign up today? Yes! MunchPak always ships boxes within 72 hours of a new order being placed.
