This month's theme is "Autumn." The looks are simple, yet sophisticated. Let's take a peek!
BONUS Coffee Cup Enamel Pin - Value $10.00?
I love that Penny + Grace has been including enamel pins as bonus items in their packages. Y'know what I love even more? Coffee!!! This pin is the cutest. It's going on my jacket lapel immediately!
Audrey Necklace in Gold - Listed Value $22.00
I wanted to try this subscription because of its simple styles, so this understated necklace makes me very happy. The charm is just a small golden disc with a brushed finish. To one side just a bit further up the chain, there's the tiniest black gem. It's almost like the necklace has a beauty mark, haha. As you can tell from the picture of it on me, you can barely tell that the gem is there—it's super subtle, and the chain twists around easily, so the dot can have its back to you. Still, I love having this goes-with-everything kind of piece in my jewelry wardrobe!
Audrey Bracelet - Listed Value $18.00
The bracelet for this month is a perfect match for the necklace! It's got three different settings at which you can clasp it, and I love how lightweight and carefree the slender chain feels on my wrist.
Chloe Cuff Ring - Listed Value $12.95
The last look this month is this cuff ring. In addition to the same gold finish as the other items, the ring also has tiny black gems on either end. (Two on one side, three on the other.) I'm very into this ring, which should look great stacked with other styles, or worn by itself for an extra pop of shine.
The Verdict: Hooray! Another awesome Penny + Grace pack! The pieces this month were the definition of minimalist jewelry. After a few months' worth of quirky shapes, I was happy to get something this simple. I really liked that everything coordinated, too! Even the ring nodded to elements in the necklace and bracelet!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Order between the 1st to 20th of the month to nab that month's pack. Order between the 20th and the end of the month to get the next month's pack.
Value Breakdown: The box was $19.99, with an estimated value of $62.95 (if you count the bonus pin). That means that, proportionally, I paid the following for the items inside:
- Pin - $3.18
- Necklace - $6.99
- Bracelet - $5.72
- Ring - $4.11
