Play! By Sephora December 2017 Box #619 FULL SPOILERS!

Does anyone know the full box numbers to these boxes? Especially #577, it looks awesome! My bumble and bumble thickening spray leaked all over everything and everything got ruined. They ordered a replacement, but my box is out of stock. I need full numbers, so they can send me a different box.

Very happy with my this month box, #577! Anastasia lip gloss in Vintage is so pretty, wearable and opaque! The Laura Mercier eye primer/shadow is great too. On me it’s pretty much my skin tone so I’m going to see if I can wear it alone on days I don’t wear eyeshadow and hopefully it prevents foundation/concealer creasing on my eyelids. Also only one item in this box was a repeat for me (the perfume) – I often get several items I have already got as VIB rewards or in another box, but not this time. I’m noticing many samples like the Smashbox shadow and Laura Mercier primer/shadow are items that have been available in the recent past as VIB rewards. I always have lots of points so I do get a lot of VIB rewards. I still am happy to be a subscriber but something for others to consider if you already get a lot of points/rewards from Sephora.

I got box 601, of course, the one I feel is the crappiest. I would kill for box 577 with that ABH lip gloss and the PTR gold cream. I am so tired of creamy red lipsticks in Sephora Play. Like we’ve gotten 3 or 4 now just this year and I’m pretty sure everyone already has a red lipstick in their collection, give me something interesting and different. Only one month this year did I feel like I got the “good” box, every other month I’ve gotten the most boring one.

I got #585, not happy but hey you can’t win them all. Now that a new year is approaching, time to decide which subscriptions to toss and which to keep. Ivan on makeup overhaul and have to use up what I have before they expire. Time for a sabbatical

My box is #585. This will be my third Smashbox Cover Shot ES in Golden Hour. I will use everything else and have really been wanting to try the It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream. I hope it is a large enough sample to really see how it works (more than a foil pack).

Great, the worst box again. Not to mention, that up until today, my Sephora account showed that I’d be receiving products that were inbox 577, which would have been a much better fit. Same thing already happened two months ago, it showed I should’ve received products from a different box all along, then it was changed when I received the box and send a complaint to them.

Interestingly, the products I was supposed to receive, both times, matched up with my play profile (shades of lipstick and foundation, repetitiveness of products I already got), and the products I ended up getting are mostly useless to me. If it happens again, I will cancel the subscription, doesn’t make sense to mostly get products i can’t use.

I was really hoping for the CoverFX drops in 619 (even though I’ve had them once from Play already) because I love them. This box is just blah for me 🙁

This sub keeps proving to be repetitive. Last Decembers box had the regular Drybar dry shampoo, but still very similar to the triple-sec. Not to mention most of these products keep reappearing from past boxes or GWPs. Sephora just disappoints me so much these days.
