This month's delivery was a 10 track mixtape themed 'Skyride'.
You'll get a nice booklet that details information about the theme, the artist, and all 10 tracks - including more information about each artist. I'm always flipping through this while listening!
Each LP is encased in a custom gatefold from different artists. This month's selection revolved around breaking out of the dreary winter weather and darkness with a bit of poppy sunshine - and the artwork definitely reflected that!
It just screams bright, sunny, and fun, doesn't it? I loved this little wave art insert, too.
The music is what you'd expect - very bright and poppy to try and get you out of that 4 PM darkness funk. It's a fun mix that's danceable and enjoyable!
The custom vinyl felt very bubblegum-y with its translucent blue pressing!
Verdict: While it wasn't my favorite selection of music - I did enjoy the playthrough and it was perfect for the vibe of this whole selection! I love this subscription for the artwork and the art of the song selection - even if it's not my favorite type of music, I still have fun giving it a spin.
