Has anyone received the box? I was charged at the beginning of January, I think, and no communications since…

Still no box here either! I was charged on 12/28 – so frustrating. They said they are waiting on the bags from Italy – but their lack of communication can be annoying. I certainly hope that it’s worth the wait!

I was charged mid-January and have not received my box either. It’s been more than four weeks, and they haven’t responded to my messages. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

I understand that things sometimes take longer than originally thought, but they haven’t even responded to my request for an update.

I am still waiting on my holiday box. -sigh – The only communication I receive is “you will receive your box next week” – As you can see I still have not received my box and am still waiting. As you can see It is now February!

This company has poor communication to say the least. I will not be renewing

I feel your pain – me either. I am now three boxes “processing” – would love to buy more but three months too late on the Autumn box and now holiday won’t arrive until near spring? Sad because they are lovely boxes, just an awful long time to wait without any word unless you reach out to them first. I know they could double or triple business if they had consumer trust. But I will still wait by the mailbox and hope…..

I starting to feel the same way. I might just file a credit complaint to get a refund since I still haven’t gotten any responses to my emails. I don’t mind waiting but a total lack of communication isn’t a good sign.

Hi, Does anyone know shipping details for this box? It said 4 weeks from the order date, and I am just past that. I am concerned about not knowing when such an expensive package may or may not becoming since I live in a large apartment complex where the mail is left outside in a common area. I can’t find any contact information on this company except on this website. I sent an email ten days ago to what I thought was the site and never heard back. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

This is so confusing. So if I select the jewelry because I like it I won’t then get the Leonardo bag correct? I can choose one of those three options? What is the box total RV? I like the Leonardo bag but want jewelry as well. If I choose the Leonardo bag will there be jewelry included anyway?

This particular spoiler includes the set – the bag and jewelry.
If you selected Leonardo bag, you will still receive the jewelry but not from this spoiler.
If you select this spoiler, make a note in the form about its jewelry and we will see if we can include it for you.

If you select this spoiler, there will be other items in the box with a total RV of $700+
There will be just one handbag in the box.

This is the weirdest, most confusing spoiler I’ve ever seen on MSA. If I’m figuring it out correctly, there’s a purse/jewelry combo and a choice of a bunch of other bags? And a choice of colors for the set and 1piece of jewelry? Gotta admit, I am confused. 😐
