December 2017 Brick Loot Review

Each month of Brick Loot is themed - the December box is themed "Bricks Rock".

Each delivery arrives with a card that details each item in your box.

It also arrived with a theme sticker.

Electric Guitar Build Kit - Value $15?

The first, and smaller, build kit this month features an exclusive 100% LEGO brick build of an electric guitar - designed by Joe Meno.

I do love how crowdsourced a lot of LEGO builds are these days - the community creates some cool stuff - and I love that Brick Loot is digging into that!

Mini City Music Shop - Value $20+?

The bigger build features a music shop.

It's 131 pieces of brick building glory.

It has a bunch of little specialty items, too.

The instructions for the Brick Loot builds have all been very straightforward and easy to follow.

Music Shop LED Kit - Value $15?

If you want to add a little pop to your music shop build, you can also plug in the provided lights!

Sir Elton Minifigure - Value $5-10?

Every month comes with a little mini figure as well - typically they're exclusive. To go with the rock n' roll theme, this month includes a little Elton John figure.

This is a custom printed mini figure - just for the box!

Rock n' Roll Stars Minifigure Sticker Set - Value $5?

If you're thinking of turning other mini figures into rockers - then they've got you all set with some stickers!

Pop these on your figures to make your own Mick Jagger.

Exclusive Art Print from Greg Hyland - Value $10?

The final item is a 5x5 inch exclusive art print. These come in every box so you can build your LEGO art collection!

Verdict: Brick Loot always provides so fun and quick builds - and they tend to always be above value. It's a unique subscription, too - If you're looking for some exclusive brick builds or even new projects to do with your kids, this could be a good subscription for you!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. You’ll find the current available theme in their top banner of the website.
