The Men's Health Box is a quarterly box from Men's Health magazine. They set out to include a set of life-improving products that were featured in the magazine. It includes everything from small snacks to the latest in fitness tech.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Winter 2017 Men's Health Box Review
As always, you'll get items across 5 categories - Fashion, Grooming, Nutrition, Fitness, and Tech.
It comes with an information card that details the items in your box.
I'll go by category for each set of items!
FASHION
Men's Health Custom Lapel Pin - Value $15
You'll typically get coupons for future purchases in the box, too. This month includes a coupon for Pins by Ferris along with a custom Mne's Health pin. They've valued it at $15 - but all of the exclusive enamel pins I get in geek boxes are typically valued at around $5 - there's nothing too different here.
Zing Socks - Value $12 (on sale for only $7 in their store)
No matter how many pairs of socks I have, I'm still excited to get new pairs to try! On top of that, this is a new brand for me!
These socks are a 55/32/9/2/2 cotton/nylon/polyester/spandex/rubber blend - yes, rubber.
The design is really perfect for me. I grew up working as an assistant to my grandfather, who was a stone mason. This is basically my life through my early 20's - these are comfortable, but more importantly, the design is my favorite yet.
2 Go Brand Shoe Cleaner Kit - Value $20
As someone who has started loving Adidas white Superstars - my question is always, how do you keep them clean?
This product is suitable to clean mesh, leather, and suede shoes on-the-fly. Clean your shows with this solution, and then once over with water and you're done - pretty simple.
FLXCUF Bands - Value $15
As someone who doesn't roll their sleeves up, I was really confused at the point of these until reading a bit about them.
You simply insert this into the cuff of your shirt and roll up the cuff. These will help hold everything in place.
FITNESS
SKLZ Mini Resistance Bands - Value $25 ($20 on their site)
The one-and-only selection for fitness this quarter aims to give you the ability to get a workout in wherever you are.
This set of 3 bands can be used all at once, to increase difficulty or hit different areas of your body, or singularly to get something quick in. I don't use these at all - but I think they could be useful to keep around the office.
GROOMING
No Sweat Hat Liner - Value $6
Nothing ruins a favorite hat like those white sweat stains after numerous wears - these are aimed at ending that.
Simply peel and stick this on the inside of your hat and go. It's a disposable and hypoallergenic pad that soaks up sweat all day! I will definitely need these this summer.
Spongelle Men's Super Buffer - Value $18
Ah yes, Spongelle! I've learned to love these things thanks to subscription boxes - but have never received the Super Buffer!
Of course, I did end up loving this as well - this was the first thing I used right when opening the box. This is pre-soaped - so just soak it and go!
Dove Men+Care Colling Relief Fortifying Shampoo - Value $5
One of the more major brand products this month comes from Dove. This is full-size shampoo that uses menthol to add a cooling effect. I really couldn't feel the cooling sensation when using it, though.
Grooming Lounge Mug Scrubber - Value $21 ($24 on their site)
The second item I used pretty much immediate was this full-size face wash. I've been using this with my big Foreo cleaner - it's got great exfoliation and a very gentle scent - I've been liking it.
Polo Red Limited Edition - Value $85
The major item of the box was a bottle of cologne.
I must admit, I was pretty disappointed that this was the high-value item in the box. I feel that cologne scent is a pretty personal preference, so it does limit how many subscribers found this to be a good value.
Overall, I wasn't a fan of this scent - I think I'll have to gift it.
FOOD/NUTRITION
Munk Pack Protein Cookies - Value $2
I've been cutting down sugar and sodium for the past 8 months or so, and I've found Munk Pack to be an incredible brand when in need of something a little indulgent.
Both cookies were just so good! The biggest part was that they weren't super dry like a lot of healthier options can be - these are a must-try for anyone on a diet.
Organic Vallet Organic Fuel Protein Powder - Value $4
You'll also get two packs of protein powder for shakes.
I always start my day with a coffee/banana/protein powder mix - so these are very useful if I'm going to look for new flavors.
Blue Diamond Lightly Salted Almonds - Value $4
They have these listed at $4 - but they can't be more than a buck or two. When cutting down drastically on sodium, it's pretty tough to find snacking options - if you're like me and love almonds, then these are perfect with 0% sodium!
TECH
Outdoor Tech Calamari 2.0 Cords - Value $25
This is a super convenient three-in-one cable to take on-the-go.
It comes with multiple input options for different devices.
And a USB on the other end for charging or connecting.
This is a convenient item to keep in your car or backpack - I never have the right charge cable when I need it!
Verdict: This wasn't my favorite delivery from men's Health Box - not because the value was there, it's because the major value item was something that just didn't interest me. That being said, I really like a lot of the smaller items and have ended up buying more Munk Pack items, and am still using the face wash and Spongelle.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? I believe so - they note that "If you subscribe after the current quarterly box has shipped, we will ship you that quarterly box (if supplies still exist). Otherwise, your first box will ship in the next quarter." - The box is listed as In Stock, so I believe it would still be the most recent shipment.
