Pop In A Box is a Funko POPs subscription that helps you build out your collection every month! You can sign up to receive 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, or 12 POPs each month.
This is a review of a 6-POP delivery.
One thing to note with this subscription - sometimes, your POPs arrive in different packages - weeks apart! This month, I received all 6 in one box, though.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

December 2017 POP In A Box Review
This month gets my Hellboy collection started with a bang!
This is a no-frills subscription. You'll be getting the amount of POPs of your choice in a plain brown box. But, with any subscription, you'll have a chance to pull a 6 inch POP or POP Ride - I think I've received an oversized POP at least twice with my subscription.
Here's a quick run-down of creating your PIAB account:
The first thing you'll want to do is set up your collection. This is an important step to ensure that you don't receive a duplicate POP or a POP that you may not care about.
You can cycle through POPs and selection options for each one. Mark 'Add to my Collection' for POPs you have and avoid duplicates. Give POPs a thumbs down to let PIAB know that you don't want it, and mark it as thumbs up to let them know that you're really interested in that specific POP.
There are a TON of POPs to go through. I haven't even gone through all of them, but in the end, you'll have built your own collection! This will help you keep track of what you have, and it will help PIAB know what to send.
They also no offer subscription options for Marvel, DC, Disney, Dorbz, and Rock Candy - find out all the details here!
Liz Sherman POP
I was really excited to see Hellboy comic book based POPs when they were announced - and I'm even more excited to start my collection with this box!
Liz Sherman was the first POP on the list - and this box sends half of the collection!
Rasputin POP
While I didn't get Hellboy himself - I did get some great villains!
I'm loving the eyes on the Rasputin POP.
This whole line is just too cool!
The Queen Of Blood POP
The best POP of the group? It has to be this Nimue POP!
One of the coolest sculpts I've seen from Funko.
That covers 3 of 6 POPs - with still a number of high-profile ones to collect!
Liu Kang POP
While this is for Mortal Kombat X, I'm still getting those nostalgic vibes from this one.
While this POP is fine, I hope they're planning on doing some pixellated old-school MK POPs!
This line covers a lot of the classic characters over the past 20+ years of Mortal Kombat.
Valkyrie POP
I had a blast seeing Ragnarok - and now I'm finally adding on to my POP collection with Valkyrie.
It's a nicely detailed sculpt - I'd love a variant of her before coming to Thor's side with a bottle of booze or something.
The line isn't as large as you'd think - yet - these always grow and grow over time with Funko.
Joyce POP
Finally, Stranger Things makes an appearance this month with a Joyce POP from Season 2.
I feel like Joyce is stressed out for about 95% of two seasons, so far, she needs a little break!
How great are the POPs of the crew in Ghostbusters costumes?!
Verdict: This box arrived a bit later than normal due to holiday shipping backup (which I was emailed about), but I'm definitely satisfied with the POP selection. This subscription is geared more towards the super Funko collectors that are tracking their collections and looking to keep building - so it's pretty perfect for me!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? There are no monthly themes and the POPs are a mystery, so your box will be different than what I receive. Your subscription also starts at the time of order.
