Pop In A Box is a Funko POPs subscription that helps you build out your collection every month! You can sign up to receive 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, or 12 POPs each month.
This is a review of a 6-POP delivery.
One thing to note with this subscription - sometimes, your POPs arrive in different packages - weeks apart! They have been better about this recently and I received all 6 in one box again.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

January 2018 POP In A Box Review
This month featured 4 selections from the DC Bombshells collection!
This is a no-frills subscription. You'll be getting the amount of POPs of your choice in a plain brown box. But, with any subscription, you'll have a chance to pull a 6 inch POP or POP Ride - I think I've received an oversized POP at least twice with my subscription.
Here's a quick run-down of creating your PIAB account:
The first thing you'll want to do is set up your collection. This is an important step to ensure that you don't receive a duplicate POP or a POP that you may not care about.
You can cycle through POPs and selection options for each one. Mark 'Add to my Collection' for POPs you have and avoid duplicates. Give POPs a thumbs down to let PIAB know that you don't want it, and mark it as thumbs up to let them know that you're really interested in that specific POP.
There are a TON of POPs to go through. I haven't even gone through all of them, but in the end, you'll have built your own collection! This will help you keep track of what you have, and it will help PIAB know what to send.
They also no offer subscription options for Marvel, DC, Disney, Dorbz, and Rock Candy - find out all the details here!
Bob Ross
Well, I pretty much freaked out over this Bob Ross POP!
There are actually 2 variants of Bob Ross POPs - including one with a little "happy" squirrel.
Bob is ready to spread some calm and joy in your day with some happy little trees.
Frodo Baggins
Frodo makes an appearance in his classic form.
Those little (big) hairy feet crack me up!
These are new additions to the long-running Lord of the Rings line.
DC Bombshells Batwoman
This is the first of 4 DC Bombshells POPs. DC Bombshells is a comic line featuring female superheroes during WWII - so it's a new take on a lot of superhero favorites.
Batwoman is represented with a bat hat - almost a Batman Beyond feel.
We're going to get through most of these in this post!
DC Bombshells Supergirl
The next Bombshell POP features Supergirl.
I really like this sculpt in particular. Make sure you look for these little clear plastic stands in your POP cases if you're displaying these out-of-box - they are totally VITAL!
DC Bombshells Hawkgirl
The third Bombshell is Hawkgirl!
This is another cool 'mask off' sculpt for the character!
DC Bombshells Poison Ivy
Finally, Poison Ivy gets a little villain-turned-hero vibe with her Bombshell appearance.
Poison Ivy has a bit of a pinup vibe to her character in the Bombshell realm - and that definitely comes out in this sculpt.
This is one of the more fun lines to collect in the DC realm of POPs.
Verdict: I love adding to my POP collection - so to get 6 new POPs at a bit of a discount is just right up my alley. They've gotten a bit better and shipping and customer care over the years, too - which was important for them to do! This subscription is geared more towards the super Funko collectors that are tracking their collections and looking to keep building.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? There are no monthly themes and the POPs are a mystery, so your box will be different than what I receive. Your subscription also starts at the time of order.
