Now, on to the items!

Lancer Skincare Lift & Plump Sheet Mask – Retail Value $35

I think this is the priciest sheet mask I've ever sampled! It's designed to help lift and plump your skin in just 10-15 minutes. (When you take it off, let any excess serum absorb.)

This mask was hydrating and lovely, but honestly, I couldn't tell any difference between this one and the $5 and under sheet masks I've sampled. (I'm pretty relieved, too - this would be an expensive skincare habit if I couldn't live without it!)

Elon Lanolin Rich Nail Conditioner – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $14.99

(Good to know for swaps - this item has an inner foil seal.)

This is one of my favorite discoveries in the box. It's an intense nail conditioner cream - you only need the tiniest amount to moisturize all your nails. And as a bonus, it smells like winter mint gum!

La Roche Posay Lipikar Daily Repair Moisturizing Lotion - 15 ml Value $.68

This is a lightweight body lotion that is hydrating and absorbs quickly. The best part for me? It's an unscented body lotion! (Those are pretty rare in subscription boxes!)

Manna Kadar GLO Illuminator – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $29

I officially have a lifetime supply of Manna Kadar GLO thanks to subscription boxes! 🙂

This liquid highlighter goes on shimmery pink, but it blends out into a barely-there glow. (It also works well mixed with body lotion for a little extra shimmer all over.)

While I feel Manna Kadar is overexposed in subscription boxes, I’m a fan of this formula. Here it is swatched:

Nick Chavez Traditions by Nick Chavez Horsetail Root Lifting Spray – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $9

This volumizing spray is easy to use. You can spray it on dry or damp hair, then just blow dry to help set the volume. It has a light, blueberry scent, and it added a little volume to my hair without making it sticky or overly-textured.

Replenix RetinolForte Treatment Serum 3x – 0.35 oz Value $25.90

(Good to know for swaps - this item has an inner foil seal.)

This serum is designed to make skin appear brighter, more even toned, smoother, and younger. Yes, please!

This serum almost feels like a primer - it absorbs almost instantly and made my skin feel so smooth. (FYI - this product contains retinol, and is for nighttime use - so the primer route is a no-go!)

And while I haven't noticed any differences in my skin's appearance yet, this is a generous sized sample, so I should be able to use it for 1-2 weeks.

REN Skincare Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic – 50 ml Value $7

This toner is designed to help fight dullness, uneven texture, and uneven skin tone. You can use it day and night, but if you have sensitive skin, you might want to try using it first just at night to see how your skin reacts. I like that this formula is ingredient-conscious, plus it has a light, citrusy scent!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $121.57! That's a great value for a $24.95 box! The Manna Kadar item isn't an exciting addition to the box for me, but everything else was a new-to-me product, and I'm happy with the skincare sample sizes this month.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! As of today, 2/25, this box is still available and will be your first box when you subscribe.

Not my favorite box, but in the past I’ve used-tried nearly every product they send and have been very pleased overall.

Never in a million years would I pay $35 retail for a mask, but to get one in my sub box is incredible.

Bottom line, BeautyFix is my best spent $$.

I must be in the minority thinking that this box was the catalyst for me to pull the trigger and cancel BeautyFix altogether. The cuticle lanolin was very congealed and hard to blend in and made my nails really greasy and was not the mint scent referenced=an all around miss. The hair spray smelled like nail polish remover and not at all like Liz’s did. To me, if 2 of the boxes deluxe samples are unusable, add the kiss of death, Manna Kadar, to a normally awesome box…I’m bummed to see the full-size Peter Thomas Roth mud mask for next month after cancelling but this was the 2nd month in a row I didn’t receive items I loved or would even use.

I feel the same. Next month is not looking great either. For some reason the last 3/4 boxes have been misses for me, if it’s not a knock my socks off in June, I will be out. I’ve been with them almost a year now and it seems to be going down hill and mostly filler junk in it.

I enjoyed this box.. I just wish the retinol treatment didn’t have so much silicones in it, as it causes me to get blackheads.. I may have to gift it.

How does the REN glow tonic compare to Pixie?

I wasn’t very excited about this box, but after reading your review, I’m gonna try a couple of products today/tonight!! I also agree about the lancer mask, although I have seen a very slight difference in moisture retention a couple of days later, but not $35 worth!

Thanks for a great review Liz!! 🤗

Ah the Manna Kadar. Overexposed is putting it mildly. I have, fortunately, avoided Manna Kadar overload. I only sub to Boxycharm so I don’t have any of those products. But I see that little pink tube in a ton of box reviews and it just makes me think that their products must suck so bad they can’t get people to spend money on it and have to give it away just to get rid of it. And it’s always the full sized tube too!
I had thought about purchasing this box until I saw that in there. Just nope. Don’t want a product that a company has to flood sub boxes with, it tells me the product sucks.

@LizCadman the full size Nick Chavez is 8 oz. This is the travel size version.

That stuff smells horrible. Mine smelled like alcohol and chemicals, and it made my roots feel kinda crunchy.

I’m enjoying the REN product. I already have a retinol product that I love so I will probably pass the Replenix to a friend. I love sheet mask so am excited to try the Lancer one. The other Lancer products I’ve tried have been great. BF always has at least a few items I’m happy to try every month.

Oh, don’t give away your replenix! The chest and neck cream was amazing! (Got in the amazon prime luxury beauty box). I would repurchase but it is very pricey.

Suzanne

Jackie how long ago did you get the replenix from an Amazon luxury box? I don’t see it in there now. 🙁
Thanks for that info!

Vanessa

I liked this box and I love the Ren AHA toner. I alternate with different AHA/BHAs through the week, and this one now has a permanent place in that rotation.
