Where do you even put in a code if you are adding the box to your next months shipment? I don’t see a spot on the app or just through the website.

I just placed my order, and the used the code, which took the discount off accordingly and showed when I placed my order, but my email order confirmation doesn’t show the discount, and I confirmed on my card that the full price was charged. 🙁 I have emailed Brichbox, to correct the charge. Ugh, what a hassle.

This keeps happening to me as well. They said to order through the app. Not sure if you did that but I’ve had 2 orders recently where it took off points and then charged me the full amount. Sorry that is so frustrating!!

Oh man… I’m sorry that happened to you too. 🙁 It’s so annoying. I didn’t order through the app, but just through a desktop. I feel confident they’ll make it right, but it’s annoying that now I have to monitor the situation until they do.
