Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. Some subscribers spend time choosing preferences, noting which options they want to try, think they would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. Each Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Graze March 2018 Review
Graze includes this handy pamphlet that lists all of the nutritional values for the month's snacks. On the flip side is a rainbow smoothie bowl recipe that I'm excited to try out!
And, here they are...the snacks!
Popping Corn - Twist of Black Pepper, 0.99 oz – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
I’ve tried a couple different flavors of Graze‘s popcorn before, but this Twist of Black Pepper variation is my favorite. The pepper taste is subtle at first but then lingers in your mouth. So good! It's nice that Graze includes a warm snack to mix things up a bit, and it serves as a great "emergency" option to stash in your work desk.
Antioxidant Vit.E Nuts, 1.34 oz - Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
This mix of brazil nuts, almonds, pecans, and baked and salted peanuts packs a vitamin E punch. Vitamin E is our body's natural antioxidant and protects against toxins. It's also great for nails and skin. There are no frills with this snack, but they're perfectly lightly salted and don't need much more. I love that these nuts provide 7g of protein and lots of vitamins to get you through the day!
Booster Seeds, 1.31 oz - Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and golden flaxseeds make up this delicate snack. All of the seed bits are quite small, making it pretty difficult to eat. I found myself tipping the corner of the plastic package directly into my mouth. I also found the mix to be quite bland, so, overall, this one wasn't a favorite. It could benefit from some additional seasoning, in my opinion. Great source of protein, though!
Sweet Rhubarb Jam, 1.09 oz - Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
For me, rhubarb = summer, and this snack made me very hopeful for some sun. The apple pieces are chewy, sweet, and tart and pair nicely with the tangy cranberries and dried rhubarb pieces. To offset the chewiness, I'd love a crunchy component or something slightly salty for some texture.
Salted Fudge and Peanut Cookie - Currently Out of Stock
I've received this snack before, but it was totally welcome in my box again! I can’t get enough cookies and all things peanut butter, so this mix is always a treat. There are even mini cocoa cookies in this cookie mix alongside redskin peanuts, baked salted peanuts, and little vanilla fudge pieces. Combine each ingredient for the perfect peanut butter cookie bite.
Deconstructed Carrot Cake - Currently Out of Stock
Another snack pack that I've received in a previous box. I’m one of those (rare?) huge fans of carrot cake, so this is right up my alley. If you grab a mix of carrot chews, cinnamon raisins, ginger fudge, and walnuts in one bite, it does taste eerily similar to the real deal. Amazing!
Triple Berry Smoothie, 1.34 oz - Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
Banana coins, dried mini strawberries, dried blueberries, and cranberries make up this fruity delight. Like a smoothie, the banana adds a creaminess that's really satisfying, and the berries make it zesty and sweet! This was a favorite, for sure.
Baobab & Raspberry Clusters - Currently Out of Stock
What is baobab? Why, it’s an antioxidant-rich, wild-harvested superfruit (thanks, Google). This blend of pure pumpkin seeds, soft apple pieces, baobab, and raspberry coconut clusters has a bit of crunch to it. The chewy coconut pieces are my favorite part, but the pumpkin seeds take it to another level. It’s sweet without being too sweet.
Verdict: Graze is always a treat, and I enjoyed receiving some familiar favorites this month. This box included 8 snacks for $13.99, which breaks down to $1.75 each. While it would have been nice to get an extra snack or two for the price, I appreciate the convenience of receiving eight to sample in one shipment. They’re especially handy for working hours, and I’ll continue to look forward to what’s to come in future boxes!
