Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. Some subscribers spend time choosing preferences, noting which options they want to try, think they would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. Each Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Graze March 2018 Review
Graze includes this handy pamphlet that lists all of the nutritional values for the month's snacks. On the flip side is a little info about how important protein is to work into our diets all the time, not just when we're working out. From my experience, this is something folks with plant-based diets are acutely aware of. 🙂
Also included is a $30 off + free shipping coupon for your first Hello Fresh box. Check out our Hello Fresh reviews to learn more and save $30 off your first box!
Finally for coupons, here's a 20% off coupon for Keurig.
And, here they are...the snacks!
Vitamin E Defense, 1.4 oz. – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
This is a snack I've received in my Graze box before and it's got a great sweet-savory blend. I appreciate that the nuts aren’t outweighed by the dried fruits, so you get a little of each flavor in every bite. I can’t say I’ve eaten many hazelnuts in my day, though I’ve certainly had tons of hazelnut-flavored coffees and desserts. The nuts themselves remind me a tiny bit of macadamia nuts in their consistency, and their taste has a familiarity to it from all those infused coffees and creamers and treats I’ve had in the past. This is a solid one!
Vanilla Walnut Fudge, 1.3 oz – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99 or a 5.3 oz sharing bag for $3.99
Walnuts are a nut that I really like the flavor and consistency of (not too crunchy), but rarely ever think to buy for snacking. The walnuts in this mix were a treat! They grounded the blend with savory tones, which I found to be necessary given how sweet everything else was. The sugariness comes from the little fudge squares, the vanilla flavoring on the pumpkin seeds, and the raisins—which is a lot for a mere few walnuts to balance, and I would have liked this mix a bit better if there was one more salty ingredient in there.
Sesame Garlic Crunch, 1 oz. – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
This snack is my jam. It’s a mix of crunchy oat bran sesame sticks, garlic sesame sticks, and multigrain soy rice crackers—but don’t worry, they won’t give you garlic breath. The flavor here is really subtle, and I’m finding that the sesame is what stands out the most. As a savory snack lover, I’m all for this one!
Raspberry & Coconut Muffin, 1 oz. – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
Not surprisingly for a snack with "muffin" in the name, this one is pretty sweet. I love when Graze snacks have little cookies in them for obvious reasons (cookies are yummy)! The raspberries have an amazingly fruity flavor and the almond slivers offer a hint of balance to the sweetness. Not my favorite, but not bad at all.
Kettlecorn Kern Pops, 0.8 oz – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
I recently rediscovered corn nuts after forgetting they existed for about a decade, and I’m now a full-blown fan. This unique snack is like a mix between those and popcorn; it’s kind of a combo. It’s also the perfect blend of sweet and salty; the kettlecorn flavoring is mild enough that it doesn’t turn this offering into an indulgent snack, which I love!
Jalapeno Cheese Taco - Not currently available in the Graze shop
This is a new snack to me and I'm wondering if it's new to Graze altogether because there's no way to buy it from the Graze shop at the moment. For something that touts a "jalapeno" flavor, it's not too spicy, but it does have a little bite to it. I've always loved the soft consistency of cashews, and the dried chickpeas 'n' fava beans add a tiny hint of crunch. This is a totally savory snack, so of course, I'm giving it two thumbs up!
Caramel Apple Dippers, 1.0 oz – Buy a 6-count multipack for $8.99
This is the second time in a row that I've received Caramel Apple Dippers in my Graze box, and I'm kind of bummed because it ranks low on the dippers scale for me. I am so obsessed with the ones that have shortbread dippers and I'm especially fond of the dips that are fruity or chocolatey (though caramel is pretty good, too), so I always hope for some sort of new delish combo that involves one of those flavors! This one would be a great option for someone who likes dried fruit a lot more than I do—I'm not huge on how chewy the apples are, but that's sort of the name of the game with dried apples!
Apple and Cinnamon Flapjack, 1.83 oz. - Buy a pack of 6 for $8.99
I've also started to create a mental hierarchy of flapjacks that I like more than others, and these ones fall somewhere in the middle. Their cinnamon-apple flavor was a little too sweet for me, though they'd probably be amazing dipped in coffee!
Verdict: This month's Graze box was a mix of familiar and new snacks for me! I was super pumped to receive a new savory snack that I'd never tried before (Jalapeno Cheese Taco), and I hope it shows up in another box again soon. This box included 8 snacks for $13.99, which breaks down to $1.75 each. That value is consistently A-OK with me because of how unique the snacks are!
