Kloverbox Natural Beauty Subscription Box March 2018 Review

kloverbox march 2018 info card

Here's the info card for this month's box.

eco friendly packaging info card

There's also a card explaining their green packaging program.

delizioso skincare green tea serum

Delizioso Skin Care Green Tea Soothing Antioxidant Serum, 0.5 oz. - Retail Value $22.00

The packaging on the product at the above link looks different than what I got (it's called "soothing serum" rather than "facial serum" and it says "normal skin" rather than "antioxidant" on the front), but it matches what's listed on the info card. I'm really loving this serum. It's thicker than I expected, I think because there's aloe in it. It's deeply moisturizing and lasting—I put it on in the morning, and my skin still feels soft, refreshed, and nourished long into the afternoon. My skin is naturally imbalanced, especially in dry environments. (It dries out in some places and overcompensates with oil in others.) This serum is like a nice, much-needed drink for it. It's not heavy or greasy to me. And according to the info card, the formula is also protective against environmental pollutants!

Sweet Sisters Gum Drops, 1.04 oz. - Retail Value $18.00

I've never heard of a natural treatment just for gums! This little potion has natural ingredients like seabuckthorn berry, turmeric, and rose, which promote healthy gums. It's also full of essential oils that help with odor and bacteria. It smells and tastes like an herby mouthwash and definitely made my mouth feel refreshed!

Going 2 Natural B.O.S.S. Unscented Lotion, 4 oz. - Retail Value $13.99 (Found here for $12.60), Listed Value $12.60

I looooove this lotion! It's super thick—not surprising, given that it's made of a killer combo of shea butter, virgin coconut oil, cold-pressed castor oil, and aloe vera. It's the kind of thing that feels decadent melting over my hands. I love how nourishing the formula is. It leaves my hands feeling soft, smooth, and relieved without any overwhelming fragrance or residue.

fortifying green bath potion

MOA Fortifying Green Bath Potion, 0.35 fl. oz. - Listed Value $6.00

I couldn't find this sample size online, so I used the listed value from the card. This little vial of "potion" smells like a cool evergreen forest. It's full of peppermint, fennel, and fir needle to fill your bathroom with an invigorating aroma. It's really concentrated, so be ready for a powerful (yet therapeutic) essential oil fragrance.

daily greens single serving packet

daily greens packet

Republic of Tea Once Daily Greens Single Sips Sample, 0.18 oz. - Buy 14 for $19.99 here

Ooo, I love this grab-and-go product! This tiny packet of greens and nutrients, including moringa, matcha, spirulina, chlorella, lemon, mint, and coconut, is a handy way to get a ton of superfoods in one go. It has a green, mildly sweet flavor, kind of like a very green tasting tea.

Verdict: This month's very green Kloverbox was a nice collection of nourishing products. I like their beauty-from-the-inside-out perspective—they always have a nice assortment of things to treat my skin and my insides, too. I do kind of wish they had included some kind of cosmetic item to mix things up. The box is $25.00, meaning each of the items I got was worth about $5.00. That's a pretty good deal for natural beauty/wellness products, which can get pretty expensive. Plus, it's fantastic for discovering hard-to-find brands.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Sign up here to ensure you get the upcoming box!

COUPON: Use coupon code MSA10 to save 10% off your first box!

Value Breakdown: The box cost $25.00, but I estimate that I received at least $59.99 in value. (That's before counting the single Daily Greens sachet.) I couldn't find a retail value for a few of these items, either because they only came in bulk packages or because they're harder to find in the US. But the average cost I paid for these products is $5.00.

Anna, I have been looking for a new sub box and came across your KloverBox reviews. Thank you for photographing the ingredients lists on all of the products you review. I don’t purchase or try anything without knowing the ingredients.

Personally, I love that they don’t add any cosmetics. This box seems to lean more towards a lifestyle feel which I prefer.

I’m currently using those gum drops, and they make for a really nice, long lasting breath freshener. I just put a few drops on my tongue then rub against the roof of my mouth to sort of massage it in so that I don’t “swallow” the drops. I let the drops sort of seep down my throat the 1st time I used them, and 1) the breath freshener part wasn’t as intense & didn’t last as long, and 2) I got a bit of a stomach ache… even though it was only like 3 drops. Overall I thought this month was a great box.
