I am still waiting for my box, too,and have yet to receive a shipping email. I just emailed them to see if they will tell me when it will ship.

I emailed support to ask and the response was incredibly vague.

“Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! The Sanrio Small Gift Crate team has informed me that they will be sending an update email with more information in the near future with information on the finalized shipment date. Once this shipment is on the way we’ll email the tracking details. If there is anything else you need assistance with please let us know.”

So…who knows haha

I’ve never received a sweatshirt before, but their unisex T-shirt sizes go by men’s sizing and that’s true to size. Hope that helps.

I want this box because I think it’s going to be the one with the Chococat charm to go on the keychain, but because of Loot Crate’s unreliability lately I needed to wait for a spoiler, I’m glad they released something before the last day to order. I went ahead and ordered, the shirt is adorable. It better have my Chococat charm!!
