January 2018 Lootaku "Glamorous Heroines" Review

The January box focused on Anime Heroines.

Each month includes a detailed information card with information on each item - including item values based on Amazon at the time of curation.

Banpresto Glitter & Glamours Dragon Ball Z - Android 18 - Value $60

While the card lists the value of this item at $37 - my go-to toy stores, Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth, list this at a $60 pre-order.

It's a Banpresto figure, so it arrives in some pieces - and always protected.

It stands about 10 inches tall - and like all Banpresto statues, I'm always impressed with the detail in the sculpt and paintwork - it's always so cleanly done.

Taito Fate/Apocrypha Saber of Red (Mordred) - Value $36 on Amazon ($27 on the card)

The second item is also a bit more expensive on Amazon right now - it's the Saber of Red statue.

This figure is from Taito and arrives in a few pieces.

Like a Branpresto statue - it's very vibrant and well-painted - and stands about 9 inches tall.

Fate/Zero Mini Figures (1 of 6) - Value $6 on eBay ($5 on the card)

Next, you'll receive 1 of 6 possible mini figures from Fate/Zero.

You'll either receive Saber, Lancer, Rider, Archer, Maiya Hisau, and Kiritsugu Emiya. These little mini figures stand a few inches tall.

Akame Ga Kill Replica Sword One-Cut Killer: Murasame - Value $12 on the card

Lootaku loves sending these miniature swords - and the collection continues this month!

These are usually so well made - fans of the Anime series will love these little collector items.

Dragon Ball Z Bulma and Goku Cushion Cover - Value $12

The last item is a Dragon Ball Z cushion cover featuring Bulma and Goku. The pillowcase feels very nice and soft - Dragonball Z fans will love this one.

Verdict: Lootaku always sends fantastic items - Anime fan will have a blast getting these imported statues each month. It's more pricey than the basic geek box - so you'll want to be a big Anime fan to get the biggest bang for your buck from month to month.
