February 2018 Marvel Collector Corps Review - Animal Instinct

Collector Corps is a bi-monthly subscription for Funko fanatics. Every delivery is themed in some way - some are themed after comic events/movies, like 'Civil War', or a category of characters, like 'Women of Power', as well as specific characters like 'Ant-Man' and 'Deadpool'.

This month did not include an information card.

Squirrel Girl Patch - Value $5?

This month includes an exclusive patch with Squirrel Girl - and I love the little squirrel.

Howard the Duck Shirt - Value $15?

This month's exclusive shirt features Howard the Duck! I love the detective-like artwork of this month's shirt.

Rhino POP - Value $37 on POP Price Guide

This month's pop is perfect for the 'Animal Instinct' theme - it's Rhino!

Such a great sculpt. I love the rhino head!

This is a great addition to the basic Marvel line.

Black Panther Wacky Wobbler - Value $25-30 based on listed prices

The Black Panther item is a new Wacky Wobbler.

First, I love the suit design - it looks awesome on this figure. This one also feels a little better built, more solid, than the normal Wacky Wobblers.

There was also a GITD chase variant for this item - did you get it?

Rocket Raccoon Pen and Paper Set - Value $5-10?

The final item is a little desk set that features Rocket.

It's your basic pen with a little POP on the top just for show - it's not an eraser or anything like that.

The paper notes are round post-it notes.

Verdict: I'm really going to miss this subscription when it's no longer showing up every other month. While it's still available in stores, I'll never really have the time to head out and grab one - so once this is over, it's probably over for me. As far as the items go - I love the shirt, POP, and wobbler - they're all so good!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. The subscription has ended. You can buy the 'Inifnity War' box as a one-off pruchase while supplies last.

Is the infinity wars box the last box in the subscription or is it something entirely different?

It looks like the subscription is over. But I was able to login with my account and purchase it – you have to purchase it as a one-off box to get it. After that one, I think they’ll only be available in a specific store (they haven’t announced the stores yet)
