Peaches and Petals February 2018 Box Review
Here's the info card for this month. On the back, there's a recipe for candy heart bark! White chocolate and candy hearts together? Sounds like one sweet treat!
There's also a coupon for Naked Wines!
The Healing Garden White Lavender Epsom Salt Scrub, 16 oz. - Retail Value $5.92
Exfoliating products feel better than ever after a long, dry winter. This salt scrub isn't just pleasantly exfoliating—it also smells like a fragrant garden mixed with the smooth, creamy, vanilla-ish scent of shea butter. I appreciated how thick this formula is. It's not just salt in oil—it's just a bit heftier than that, so it feels all the more decadent in the shower.
Good Friends Mini Frame
This frame was made by New View Gifts and Accessories, which I could find online, but I wasn't able to find this piece in their vast catalog of frames. This 5" square frame folds in the center so that it can easily sit on a mantle or shelf. I like the cute sentiment—it'd be great for gifting to a good pal. Perfect pick for Galentine's Day!
From the Land Chocolate Krepes, 4.2 oz.
Valentine's Day season is the perfect excuse to up the chocolate content in your diet, don't you think? I couldn't find these Greek cookies online anywhere. They're really tasty though. A little crumbly, as the filo is rather delicate but yummy and just slightly creamy in the center. I'm a chocolate fan, so these cookies get a thumbs up from me!
Umbra Trigg Wall-Mounted Plant Pots - Retail Value $25.00
For me, this product makes the whole box worth it. I really like Umbra's home decor products, and I've been looking for creative places/ways to pot the small succulents I've been getting via this plant subscription box. These wall-mounted brass and ceramic vessels are just under 4 inches deep, and the hangers are 7.25" tall. I love that there are two, o that I can use them in separate areas of my apartment or pair them together in an artful way.
They come with mounting hardware, too!
The Verdict: I was really happy with the goodies I got this month! Like I said, those wall-mounted vessels were worth the whole box for me (and not just because the retail price of the vessels was worth more than the cost of the box itself), but I liked the quality of the yummy cookies and scrub, too. The frame was so-so to me, just because it wasn't exactly my style, but I see it being a great gift for someone in the future. All in all, this was a great box, and a fun, not-too-expensive present to myself at just $20.00.

Value Breakdown: This box cost me $19.99 + free shipping. That means the average price I paid per item is $5.00. And while I couldn't find every item online, what I could find had a total retail value of $30.92, which is already more than the price of the box.
