I received my order and all the items (including the tribe alive bag, booklet and perfume sample) for those waiting. Overall, I’m happy with all the items.

The palm print duster is more of a full-length robe. I would never wear it out in public (unless on vacation) because it is visibly polyester and way too long.

I received my box today. Once it shipped it came in less then a week. I love my box!!! The duster which I thought I’d toss into the donation bin right away turned out to be beautiful 😍 I’ll use it as a beach coverup the material is sooo soft and light. The glasses are not my style however the jewlery was nice and I love the beauty products. This might be one of my new favorite boxes. I was going to cancel but might wait and see some spoilers for the next box.

Got mine today missing sunglasses and my bag has dirt spots 😞 so sad contacted customer support I hope they get back to me! The bag is beautiful otherwise and I think the size is great. I love Rachel Zoe her products are amazing and her style is so cute modern and boho it fits me so well! I will update this post once I hear from them.

I put an order thru yesterday morning using the voucher, status is still pending payment. What does that mean? I sent about 7 emails with no response. Anyone encounter this problem?

Not off to a good start with BOS. My order has a status of “completed,” but I haven’t received any shipping/tracking info and none is provided on my account page. Does anyone else have an order showing as “completed”?

This was my third order trying to redeem my Gilt voucher. First two were showing as “pending payment,” then one of the two was canceled. The other still shows as pending payment. The third order actually went through, and I received an order confirmation. But now the status of that order is “completed,” and I haven’t received any tracking info.

I’ve emailed customer service three times—first time on Tuesday 3/27—and I haven’t gotten a response to any of the three messages.

Ugh — I honestly don’t know what to do and any advice is appreciated. Here’s the situation:
Ordered the gilt voucher. Created new BOS sub. Got email congratulating me on my purchase. 2 days later, BOS sub cancelled due to payment problem. However, it looks like I have an active subscription. It’s not even “pending payment” anymore. Has anyone dealt with this situation?? I’ve emailed both BOS and gilt but no reply yet. :/

So my order said nothing about the tote bag once I submitted the code and confirmed my order. Does anyone know if the tote bag is even included anymore. I noticed in the fine print it said while supplies last. I bought this deal the 26th but didn’t understand you had to go to the BOS website and purchase there using the code so didn’t order from BOS until 3/31. Are they not including the tote?? because that’s one of the primary reasons I bought this deal.

I ordered mine. Received three error messages, arrowed back then hit submit again and it took! Not a fan of that “robe”, but I love everything else. Anyone get a shipping confirmation yet?

I was able to use coupon code GIVE25 and that’s for a purchase of 75$ or higher and it takes off 25$!!! So I got it for 53.99!!! So excited! Especially excited about that tribe bag!

I haven’t heard back from BOS yet, but I searched on google “BOS subscribe”, and re-clicked on the subscription (as if I was processing it for the first time) and it allowed me to purchase the box. The only difference I made was that I entered my credit card information before applying the coupon. I hope this works for you too”

This worked for me finally! Mine was pending then I got an email that it was canceled. I hadn’t put my credit card info in before the code so it wasn’t going through. Then I couldn’t get to the page to order, just my account page. It’s gone through successfully now and I got a confirmation. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP JAQUELINE!!

I used my gilt voucher and it says “pending payment” on the Rachel Zoe site. Is that normal? I emailed customer support but I know it’s gonna be a while before they respond. Also I had to create a new account on Rachel Zoe to use my voucher (with a different email than my gilt account) Is that normal?

I ordered this and the discount didn’t show up, but I wrote to Gilt and they immediately gave me the 20% off credit.

I just completed my order…no issues with it going through…I didn’t see anything on the BOS site regarding the tote included with the purchase, though…did anyone else? I don’t want to inundate customer service if it’s not an actual issue…

I signed up for a new subscription on the BOS website and entered my voucher code, etc. and clicked the button to submit my order. I got an error message that there was an error processing my request and to please try again. So I confirmed all info was correct and clicked on the submit order button a second time. I got another error message.

I went to the ‘My Account’ page (just to get out of my shopping cart with the error message), and it showed TWO new subscriptions—the first one purchased with the GC voucher and the second one charged to my credit card!!! So the website glitch that instructed me to try submitting my order again resulted in TWO new subs. Ugh!!

I immediately sent an email to CS, and I really hope they fix the problem before my credit card is charged for a second Spring Box!!! I’ve never subbed to BOS but have seen a lot of complaints on MSA about their CS. Should I be worried that this won’t be resolved before the second box ships? Or does their CS usually resolve these kinds of issues quickly?

It really irritates me when companies don’t list a phone number and can only be contacted via their website contact form…

Liz or any one that has these pink sunglasses and the pink kimono from causebox —- do you think they would go well together?

Initially had my pink kimeno up for swap then removed it from swaps and then swapped for the pink sunglasses in the box – hoping they would look together

I’m going to hold out for a $30 coupon and I really don’t want to be stuck with another one of those bags. Still trying to swap the first one.

My order went through without issue. The giltcity site says additional for tax and shipping, but at least in the US nothing else was charged. Must cancel after box ships and before May 15th if you don’t want to be charged for the summer box.

So for some reason it already has a different promo code in the box (for 10%) because I’m a new subscriber and won’t let me type in the 20% off code.

It immediately takes me to the payment info & all my shipping/promo code things on the right are grayed out.

Do I submit my card first, and then put in the promo code or what?
