February 2018 Collector's Case Review - Case #22

The Collector's Case no longer has themes and are just going with box numbering - this is box #22.

It comes with an information card that details the items in your box and some of the possible bonus and variations you could have received.

And you'll get previews of upcoming themes on the back.

Eleven Shirt - Value $15?

This month's exclusive shirt features a Stranger Things mainstay - the Eggo waffle! Not only does it feature Eleven's favorite food, but one of the groups Season 1 quotes - "Friends Don't Lie".

Eleven POP - Value $10-11 on Amazon

Each subscriber got one of a possible five POPs from the Stranger Things Funko POP line.

I got Eleven in her early series hospital gown look.

This is part of the second, newer, set of Stranger Things POPs.

Stranger Things Mystery Mini - Value $7-9 on Amazon

Let's keep the Stranger Things train rolling! Everyone will get one Funko mystery mini featuring series one of the Stranger Things line.

Each figure is a mystery - I got one of the variations of the Demogorgon.

These sculpts are always a bit more of an animated series look - I really love this line, but wish they sold them in some other method than the mystery variety.

Seinfeld Vinyl Idolz - Value $14-25 on Amazon

Everyone gets a Funko figure from one of the most-famous Seinfeld characters...

I've always really enjoyed the Vinyl Idolz line - but there really aren't that many out there. The Vinyl Idolz line stands 8 inches tall - easily one of Funko's biggest vinyl figures.

You'll even get a little tidbit of knowledge on the box!

Alien Titan Vinyl Figure - Value $8 on Amazon

Every subscriber gets one mystery Titan vinyl figure featuring a character from Alien.

I got the chestburster! This would definitely be my coveted vinyl figure from this line!

There are a few to collect in the line if you get hooked.

World's Smallest Polaroid Camera Keychain - Value $7 on Amazon

This was a bit of an unsuspected item from The Collector's Case this month - it's a little Polaroid keychain.

It has a little fun feature - the Polaroid photo comes out!

While it's not a real or functional mini camera, you can still show off your favorite, now retro, camera on your keychain.

Pluggz Designer Shoe Charms - Value $10?

I can't find these little shoe charms online, so I'm just ballparking the value for these.

You'll get 8 different animals. Each of these is bendable vinyl to pop between your laces.

Beckett Non-Sport Magazine - Value $5.99

The final item in the box is for the trading card collectors - an issue of Beckett Non-Sport Magazine.

It comes with two cards as well!

The rest is all about stories and information for your favorite trading card sets.

You also had the opportunity to score a Stranger Things 8x10 autograph from Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, or Finn Wolfhard - did you get one?

Verdict: While the smaller items weren't really up my alley, the majority of the items, and the big-ticket items, were perfect for me - so I have to give this month a major thumbs up! I'm consistently wowed by the amount of cool stuff they're able to fit into a $33 box - and if you got the autograph, it was a huge score! I'm excited for next month already!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. You’ll find the current available theme on their landing page.

Those Crocs charms do not go in this box at all, or any box. And Crocs shouldn’t exist, at least the grandma gardening shoes. Their flats and sandals aren’t so bad, but that’s unfortunately not what they’re known for.
